I get that it’s just Mc Donald’s and I don’t blame them because I’d hate my job too but most people at this location are extremely rude and constantly shoot dirty looks at you for just walking in the front door. On multiple occasions I’ve received coffee that I’ve had to return and have them remake because of how odd it’s tasted. The look on their faces when I ask politely for them if they can remake it is priceless.

If I could give this location negative stars I would but unfortunately that’s not an option. Every time I come to this location I swear I will never return but it is the closest location to my work. Ever single time there is an issue the food is consistently cold and stale. I don’t think a single staff member has more than five minutes of training, and wait time are insanely long. This most recent time I had a mobile order and sat in the drive through till I just gave up and went to another place. I believe all staff should be let go and replaced with someone more knowledgeable like zoo animals or something.

The woman doing front counter is extremely rude Royal horizon Huffman and puffin extremely rude in people in the back use the most horrible language and loud where everyone throughout the whole restaurant can hear it. They always get my order wrong either I’ll go to drive through to get it wrong I have to turn around and bring it back in or that rude girl gets it wrong or whoever gets it wrong and I got to sit there and wait because they do people that are inside last they let drive through have priority and that’s still a customer no matter where I’m placing my order or paying for it at they said they’re trying to keep their drive through times down okay that has nothing to do with me every customer should get the same treatment I shouldn’t have to wait longer just because of drive-thru that’s ridiculous so people in drive-thru get the best service and the fastest service? That’s not right. About to say forget McDonald’s I’ll just go to Burger King,Wendy’s and Krystal’s or Taco Bell or anywhere but McDonald’s that is crazy the way that you are treated then they tell you that people on drive through are pretty much more important than you are that is complete BS and when I asked to talk to the manager he was completely oblivious to anything I was saying because he is in the back doing God knows what anything about helping out their short-handed employees but yet he can bark orders and talk bad to the few employees that are always there it’s ridiculous utterly ridiculous. Something seriously needs to be done about that store.

Every person that works here says they don’t work front counter. And that they will go and get them and then nobody comes and they keep slamming orders on the counter there is multiple people waiting for somebody to wait on them One manager that was off duty started helping out but didn’t take care of the ppl waiting to be waited on this place is awful I guess I’m going to start wasting gas to drive further away because they have lines around the building in the drive-thru and a bunch of people who don’t seem to acknowledge customers lol how are u still up and running?

numerous times, using their app they leave you sitting there for twenty minutes or better…screw up the order half the time. Today, I ordered two mcflurrys, sat there for twenty minutes. My wife called while I was sitting there and they informed her their ice cream machine was down…so they were going to let me sit there all day and not tell me. I was not able to cancel order or get a refund for my $10.79, but received no product either. There is an abundance of employees, yet garbage all over and dirty tables in an almost empty lobby…do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere, as they apparently don’t need the money, or care about their customers.

Stopped off here to get breakfast on our way to Gatlinburg. I had to write a review because it was the best McDonalds breakfast I have had in my life. I got the steak, egg, and cheese bagel meal. The food was hot and fresh. Cooked to perfection. Service was prompt, friendly, and fast.

This is one of those stores you go to because it’s close to your office. It’s dumpy and the line is consistently slow. Sometimes you’re hungry enough that convenience wins. This was my last time at this location. Fourteen minutes in line before I hit the window. At the window I was asked to pull off and wait in a numbered space. I ordered a quarter pounder. 14 + minutes for a quarter pounder. I actually had a meeting and had to bail. Cochran McDonald’s got my cash and I got nothing.

I don’t usually complain, but this location is seriously bad. Went in for a few burgers and nuggets, I suppose they were short staffed, waited at the counter for 20 minutes then get handed the wrong order, go back in to get it fixed, then get the wrong order a second time, save your time and money, go elsewhere ♂️

Will never go here again. Not the first horrible experience at this location. They weren’t busy but it was a huge mess. Every table dirty. Drink machine broke. Employees standing around doing nothing. One employee was laying down on the bench at a table. Food horrible. Management doesn’t care.
