We’ve been coming to this Bob Evans every single Sunday for over 10 years, and it has truly become a part of our family routine. Through all the ups and downs that restaurants have faced, especially since COVID, this location has remained consistent, welcoming, and dependable.
Have there been times when an item wasn’t available or something needed fixing? Sure but that comes with the territory of dining out, and it’s always been handled with kindness and care. What matters most is that the staff genuinely cares. Over the years we’ve gotten to know many of the servers (especially our main one!), the cooks, and even the managers, and that familiarity makes every visit feel like coming home.
The food is comforting, the service is warm, and the atmosphere is always inviting. We’ve never left unhappy, and we truly appreciate how apologetic and attentive the team is whenever something isn’t perfect. That level of respect and consistency is rare these days.
We’re grateful this Bob Evans has stayed strong when so many places haven’t. It’s more than just a restaurant to us, it’s a place full of familiar faces, good meals, and great memories. We’ll gladly keep coming back.

Everytime I go here, it’s a terrible experience. The food is never up to par. Staff is always rude and seem to hate their jobs. Today, I ordered a curb side order and set pick up for a specific time so I could grab it on my lunch break. When I get there and call to let them know I arrived, I’m told the lady is too overwhelmed and I need to come inside. No big deal. So I do so. I then wait over 20 minutes past when it was set to be ready. No apologies or anything. Two staff members stood by, talking about it not being their problem.
I ordered the double cheese pot roast sandwich with a side of fries. Sandwich wasn’t cut, no big deal. It was super soggy and cold by the time I got it. The fries? I paid $15 for this. Absolutely disappointed and won’t be back.

Chelsea is the absolute bomb. She was greeting everyone as they came in, waiting on every guest, running the to-go area, answering phones, running her own food…she was literally the only employee we saw the whole time we were here. And she did it all with a smile and even jokes. She is wonderful and I hope she didn’t do all this on a waitress’s pay grade, because if so she needs to be on salary ASAP!

Always good food, friendly staff, clean restaurant. Our waitress, Susie, is our favorite although have never had bad service. We also did their holiday meal package for both Thanksgiving and Christmas this year. Very delicious!

The coffee tastes phenomenal. It’s their own brand so I bought a bag. The new Wrangler Breakfast is delicious and hot when it came. Very good service and the food came out quick.

Service was terrible. It took over 10 minutes for someone to bring us menus. Then another 10 or more minutes to take our order. Probably 20 minutes to actually get our food. The food we ordered. A few minutes before they brought us food that was not our order. We complained and the manager apologized and said they were having trouble in the kitchen, and didn’t charge us for our meals. I have been sick for the last week tonight is the first time I felt like eating in over a week. We ordered though Uber Eats so that I didn’t get exposed to any more virus and that I didn’t expose anyone else to what I had. I ordered lemon garlic chicken that came with 2 vegetables and the vegetables were great no complaints about them. It also came with soup that was so thick that you could cut it with a knife. It was supposed to come with banana bread but I didn’t get it. My husband ordered a wild fire salad that was supposed to have 2 biscuits but he didn’t get them either. For dessert we ordered their pumpkin bread. The pumpkin bread was still frozen in the middle and dry to the point that we just threw it away. It is so sad to see this chain of restaurants going so far down from just a few years ago. We used to eat there at least twice a month looks like that has gone by the wayside like so many other restaurants. It seems like if you order for delivery you almost always get bad food and missing items because you are not there to complain and get it right.

Delicious food at a good price. I enjoyed my lemon pepper sole fillet with broccoli and Cole slaw. The slaw was a little old, but the fillet and broccoli were delicious. The banana bread was fantastic, but it came out long after I finished my meal. The place was not busy on an early Friday evening, but the service was still a little slow (I think they may be understaffed). The portion sizes were a little smaller, but sufficient considering the price. If you want a flavorful meal at a good price and have the time this is a good place for dinner.

I usually give this place 5 stars, however today 11/9 1:30 pm. I ordered online for a pick up of my usual…Turkey and dressing dinner with 2 sides and rolls. It told me 20 minutes. I get there and they hadn’t even started the food…which was a problem because I’m a truck.driver and I order ahead of time so that I can get in and out quickly. This wasn’t the case. Not only was the meal not ready but when I do get it….I had more dressing and mash potatoes than I did turkey.. The turkey was shaved like it was meant for a sandwich or something and it was about 2 bites worth. Hardly any corn, maybe a half spoonful or less., little to NO gravy on anything. I’m mad because I usually check it before I leave but being they took longer than expected and I was late for a delivery because of that. I had to grab and go. I have no choice but to eat this, being that I’m nearly in Chicago now, but at nearly $17 for a meal…I deserved better, busy or not.
