Food was just ok. I don’t get the hype. The fries were hot but not crispy. The new chicken sandwich was really good. Expensive, but good. All-in-all, I’d probably eat here again but definitely not considered a “go-to” restaurant for me.

I have been going here frequently. The food is great. The service is quick, depending what and how much you order at times.
Im a person with a severe anxiety disorder, i take meds and Im trying to work on my social anxiety and my stutter so I go through the drive thru. There are some workers who dont make me feel rushed when ordering and there are others who do make me feel like i have to hurry up when ordering, even when its not a long line, Other than that, 99.9% would recommend this place! Their salads are the best!!!

The food is great but the reason for the 5 stars is definitely the staff and how clean they keep the place. The staff treat you like royalty to be honest. And they little flower decorations really shows the dedication from the the staff and chick-fill-a.

Everyone who works here is so nice. They greet you when you enter and acknowledge you again when you’re leaving. It gives you that homey feel when you’re dining in.

I highly recommend their new Pretzel Cheddar Club off their Fall menu. I got the original chicken and it was great. You can also pick between grilled or spicy. It comes with a packet of honey mustard which added another flavor to the sandwich. I really hope this becomes a regular item on their menu!

This is the Third time I received a not well done chicken sandwich from this location(North Riverside). This Undone wobbly chicken sandwich spoiled my appetite. Rushing the food to make the restaurant look good is not the greatest idea for any establishment.

They took away the option to order a pup cup. I even asked if I could just buy a couple whipped cream and they wouldn’t allow me to.? I’m literally asking him to purchase it. You have whipped cream what is the issue?

I’m disappointed. I don’t normally go here but the spicy chicken sandwich I got was horrible. The breading was thicker than the actual patty. No wonder no one was in line around noon. Disappointed

Service is usually always great and pleasant. However, this time around specific dietary restrictions were not handled accordingly; now I’m removing those items on my own after specifically asking.
