I just wanted to share my experience with you. Every time I go to Starbucks, they seem to get my order wrong or make it incorrectly. It’s really frustrating because I love their drinks, but it just keeps happening. On the bright side, their customer service is always great, and they do their best to fix the mistakes. However, I’m starting to feel like my money would be better spent at Dunkin or even another Starbucks location where they might get it right the first time. I do really like the one in the hall of fame village they get it right every time. It’s also really hard to get In and out of the Starbucks because the road location is terrible Just thought I’d let you know!

Placed a mobile order and my drink was ready in about 10 minutes, which it was busy (both in store and drive through). It’s connected to blaze pizza and in its only little section not directly open to other stores.
The store was clean, bathroom was clean, but the bathroom was out of soap. My drink was good, pretty average tasting. I’d go back.

This is an average Starbucks in my opinion. Seating is minimal and it’s tough to get in and out of. Workers are great, especially Meigan who often waits on me.

They are Really busy during their Bogo free drink days but they mostly stay on top of stuff. I notice if I buy food items using the App I’m often told when I get there that they’re out, I’m not sure if that’s an App issue or what. The drinks are always great and everyone is friendly and I appreciate that. The parking is however awful, I usually just go through the drive through. I love the Free bday drink, & earning points for free drinks/pastries.

This was the absolute worst coffee I have ever gotten from Starbucks! I had to take it back once because I went to drink it and I about gagged. And then I returned it, which I never do and the one they made me in return was horrible. It was supposed to be a blonde vanilla latte. There was absolutely no vanilla in either of them. The cold foam was like water and I didn’t get the caramel drizzle or the caramel crunch that I paid for. I have a horrible bitter taste in my mouth and I am not happy! You would think that for $10 a coffee you’d at least get what you asked for and a better quality. The cold foam is like water!
