This was one of the worse experiences we’ve ever had at a McDonald’s, Lady takes our order, we wait and wait she finally calls our number and my order is wrong, the receipt plainly shows egg and cheese biscuit, sub round egg but they gave me a steak biscuit, my husband tells her she looks at our receipt grabs the steak biscuit, comes back with a egg biscuit but it’s a folded egg not round. I got irritated and went to the lobby while my husband dealt with her, She was taking another customers order and told him that she was tired of dealing with difficult people, excuse me, if you would get a simple order right people wouldn’t become difficult. Getting mad at my husband and I over a mistake you made twice it’s very childish and unprofessional and if you can’t handle your job maybe you should find another one. Being truck drivers we don’t have the time to wait while you serve customers that come in after us , and this job requires you to talk to and listen to others seems that this person doesn’t enjoy her job.. Anyway we stop here all the time but we won’t be doing any more business at McDonald’s.. This review has nothing to do with store side, The ladies over there are awesome

had one of the worst experiences at this McDonald’s. I ordered my food at the counter and was ready to pay, but ended up waiting 15–20 minutes while the server completely ignored me. I wasn’t the only one — several other customers were also standing there waiting to pay, and no one acknowledged us.
The staff kept walking back and forth without helping anyone at the counter. After waiting that long with no service or explanation, all of us eventually left without ordering.
This is unacceptable for a place like McDonald’s. Terrible counter service, zero customer care. I won’t be coming back.

Never AGAIN! We threw 23$ in the trash! Went inside to order , fixed our drinks which were all FLAT! We told cashier, and asked if they could fix them possibly from the back drive thru area. She said NO they all like that! I asked flat?? She said yep! You can have iced coffee or tea, Neither of which any of us like. So we payed for drinks there then went next door to gas station and paid for more drinks! NO offer of refund from McDs! Now were $10$ in, in drinks, get to car back on road to a DOUGHY biscuits , not warm & BARELY Even baked! COLD dried out hashbrowns and mcgriddle with a rubber cold egg! YUCK YUCK! Come on people! Not that hard to do your job! If i did MY job like this I would not have a job and i take pride in my work! They clearly do not! Maybe could have understood a little IF they were BUSY… THEY WERE NOT!! Laziness and unfriendliness at its finest! Oh! One funny thing, the lady we were trying to ask about our drinks was at the front counter TALKING ON HER PHONE! So traveler or local beware and keep moving! 23$ and McDs and then another 10$ for drinks… the only thing we have fit to eat or drink was our gas station drinks! Thanks LOVES travel center! We appreciate YOU!

My standards are usually already low for McDonald’s how ever this one takes the cake for the worst. This is the closest restaurant to my house so I came here for food, huge mistake. The drive through took 20 minutes just for them to take my order. They were out of Diet Coke, Coke Zero and couldn’t even make a double quarter pounder with cheese. This is the second time in a row I’ve been here and they’ve been out of food. It’s 6 o’clock on a Friday how are you out of food? On top of that it took another 20 minutes to get my food absolutely horrible. Don’t waste your time here take the next exit. The only thing I’ll give them is the employees at the window are usually nice.

The wait time in the drive through at this location was absolutely awful. If you don’t have time to kill, then don’t stop here. You can’t pull out of the drive thru through without hopping the curb and grass. The woman at the order window was polite. She was overworked and doing both windows, and it took a very extended amount of time to get just one order out. That tells me the kitchen is slow too. If that’s the case then management needs to be looked into. I travel this road often and I will never stop here again. I was here well over 30 minutes just to get 1 meal. Also, there was only a handful of cars in front of me.. it was not crazy busy.

Placed order on kiosk and asked for extra tarter. They definitely provided fish was sliding off the bun. Fries were perfectly salted. We normally order with light salt.

Need to shut this location down. It is evident people working here don’t want to be here. Watched as 3 cars backed out of the drive-thru this morning. We got tired of waiting and left also. I guess the owner has so much money he doesn’t need mine nor care about losing the other’s business as well.

Asked for 3 cheeseburgers with ketchup and mustard. Got 3 cheeseburgers with ketchup, mustard, and pickles. Not the biggest deal, but the food was old and stale. Most of these truck stop fast food joints are terrible.
