Incredible! First time eating at Chipotle and it was delicious. The staff was kind and served good potions, the food was fresh and constantly being prepared due to the many orders and for how many people were there it was very organized and clean. For the price it was a great portion and it was delicious.

worst chipotle location in kissimmee/orlando area. Came in with my mom for my pregnancy craving, got treated with attitude and disrespect. All i asked for was the fajita veggies, they claimed they didn’t have any made i asked them if they could make it and they said no, the cashier claimed “the truck didn’t come in today” and therefore they didn’t have it, when my mom was trying to voice her concern the cashier put her head down with her hands rubbing her temples as if we were the problem, asked for the manager and she said they were busy but we can contact GM. we wanted a resolution there not later. The food was cold when we sat down and the tortilla was stale felt completely mistreated and the quality wasn’t even worth the price. I will never come back to this location. This cashier needs to be retrained.

Waited in line for over 29 minutes without moving. Only one person from start to finish helping. 30 minutes later the manger appeared checking the temperature of food. By the time it was my turn I told the one man employee he deserved a raise and the manager happened to hear me and she said “yeah” I have a picture of how it looked and it’s sad that they had all the employees standing talking and only one person working. The food was good but they ran out of lettuce at 4pm smh

I eat here often either for lunch break after a long meeting or for dinner. And I don’t usually regret it. I’m always greeted with a smile and warm welcome. My favorite cashier is the curly hair girl with freckles, I think her name is Dinaly. She really is a great at here job regardless of the endless line and order.

I’m a regular customer and usually enjoy eating here, but recently the service quality has noticeably declined. During multiple visits this week, one employee with glasses, has consistently displayed unprofessional behavior, including minimal communication, not greeting customers, making assumptions about orders (such as automatically preparing a bowl without asking what i would like or if it is to go or not). and showing dismissive body language like eye-rolling.
Additionally, on several occasions I requested a water cup during checkout, and each time it was not included, requiring me to return and ask again. These repeated experiences have made visits frustrating and disappointing, especially since I’ve always had positive expectations for this location.
I’m sharing this feedback because I value this restaurant and hope management can address customer service standards so the experience improves moving forward.

We ordered through the app. The food was ready when we arrived. We ordered a barbacoa bowl and steak tacos. The portions were pretty good. However, the restaurant was so dirty. Most of the available tables were dirty. They were not short staff, they were hanging out by the register. But the food was fresh and good.

Love chipotle I come here a lot I don’t like to complain but the girl at the register was rude yesterday night, I asked for a cup for a soda and I didn’t know they put the cup in the bag since I usually never get a drink, so I walked back to the register and said hey I think you forgot my cup because I don’t know it’s in the bag since she didn’t say and she rudely said “it’s in the bag” with an attitude and gave me a look as if I was dumb for asking. I work with fast food so I understand but her attitude was not it

Loved the food nice portions and the lady understood us as a Muslim traveller, she asked us first time in Chipotle and gave us free nachos which kids loved.

I’m really disappointed with my experience today. My order was handled by Dinaly, and it was frustrating from start to finish. I was charged incorrectly, and when I tried to explain the issue, it didn’t seem like she made any effort to fix the mistake. This experience felt disorganized and unprofessional, and I hope the store addresses it so customers aren’t dealing with the same problem in the future
