My husband and I, have gotten into the habit of coming directly to the restaurant rather than ordering online or using the drive-through because they always forget something. The last time I ordered a simple meal online, it only arrived a drink and a burger, no fries. When I came in last time, they forgot the nuggets, and today they were going to forget another burger. This place needs a new team and staff who actually work properly and don’t just spend their time chatting amongst themselves and forgetting half of the clients orders. It’s crazy to have to come directly to the restaurant every single time to be sure to have all the food that we actually order, and even still they always forget something.

Nice playground!! Shoes aren’t supposed to be worn on the playground. However, some parents don’t mind their children playing with shoes on. The no-shoes sign should be made larger.

We brought our granddaughter to eat and play. The playroom was very dirty there was food on the tables and trash all over the floor. I understand that people need to clean up after themselves but management should make sure that the restaurant is clean.

Second time I go to this place and its bad. Last time I had received burgers with no meat inside of them then i called I was told to go get another meal but I am busy just go when they tell me . I shouldn’t be told when to grab food . This was back in April 4th …
Today I went back again and I found hair in the burger. Like what is wrong with place. Also the fries were cold it shouldn’t be cause it’s rush hour . Just everything was cold. Not fresh. .. just know this needs to be fixed people need their hair up like it should be even the window last had her hair all over the place. Very disappointed with this place , especially being in that area where it’s always busy. I will expect good warm food with no hair and with meat inside them.

This McDonald’s location seriously needs improvement. The men’s bathroom has a leaky faucet that’s clearly been dripping for a long time — just look at the rust and staining around the drain (photo attached). It’s not just a recent issue; it shows a lack of basic maintenance and care.
Service inside the restaurant is just as disappointing. The staff often forget items from your order, and the same thing happens in the drive-thru. It’s frustrating having to double-check everything every time.
Overall, this place feels neglected and poorly managed. It needs a serious change — better maintenance, better training, and better customer service. Not what you’d expect from such a big chain.

I ordered 2 happy meals, they asked me to park, no big deal at this point im use to that. Waited for a while, while all the other cars that got asked to park to had already gotten their meals then I saw the person behind me get their meal… 2 happy meals. I was waiting patiently but then it was to long so I asked the kid working where my food was and he wasnt sure until he dropped off the food to the car behind me and he had my happy meals. They’ve been in there this whole time. So I asked for new once and all I see is the girl just switching the box and putting the cold food inside the new one. Very unethical and gross. No apologies after I asked for a refund

Now I know why there’s always a line at the drive through. I thought I was very popular, but on the contrary they keep people waiting there over half an hour or more to attract people thinking it’s the place to be.
So people be aware if you see a long line, it’s because they are not serving!!!

Food is always cold or hard. They ran out of regular mcflurry cups and asked if I wanted a mini or a refund. A mini mcflurry is 4oz a regular one is 12oz why not just give me 3 minis? No they gave me a Sunday cup which is only 5oz! I paid for a regular one so why not give me what I paid for it refund me the difference??

This is the place to be if you like waiting at the drive through 40 minutes and still get your order wrong. The app does absolutely nothing for accuracy and accountability.
I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for almost 25 years. I think it’s time to say goodbye. Horrible service and management.

Another McDonald’s gone down the drain. A shame too because it was the only one worth going too. The managers need to drop the snarky attitude when delivering customer service even if it’s for an inconvenient one like an order getting cancelled. A complete lack of accountability.
