Used to come here all the time, but it’s been a few years. We loved coming here for lunch since they’d serve you pretty quick. We walked in and were seated quickly. It took 25 min for someone to start cooking even though our table was full and lots of other stations were empty. Waiter never apologized or checked in with us about the delay. I asked for the rice to be spicy and the cook needed the waiter to bring it from the kitchen. The cook asked the waiter and after 10 minutes, the rice was cooked and ready to be served. I said it’s fine to just serve regular rice since I can tell he was frustrated too. Steak was asked to be cooked medium, it was well done. Overall it was a very average meal with awful service. 4 starts because I’ve eaten here 30+ times and I’m still reminiscing about the past.

We took the kids to Fuji Steak and Sushi so they could experience the hibachi grill for the first time, and it was a big hit! The fire from the grill scared them a little at first, but they quickly warmed up to it (figuratively and literally ). By the end, they were asking if we could come back the next time we go out to eat.
I had the hibachi salmon , my husband had the chicken , and the kids enjoyed the tofu . We also shared some sushi, which was fresh and delicious .
The only downside was the wait ⏳— almost an hour before we were seated since we wanted the hibachi show instead of the regular dining side. Still, the experience was absolutely worth it , and we’d definitely go again!

Tofu was our hibachi chef and he was amazing. He made sure to include everyone at the table especially our little girl. The food was FANTASTIC, best we’ve had out of all the times we’ve been there. Megan was our waitress and she was equally as amazing. We never ran out of drinks, she got our kimd of complicated order 100% correct the first time she read it off. She took the absolute best care of the entire table. She is hands down the best waitress we’ve ever had. Can’t say enough amazing things about the entire visit!

Sat at the bar and wanted to try some sushi and Japanese drinks. Only had low quality hot saki and your typical Japanese beers. They at least had a very nice dark saporo beer!
Vegetable tempura breading was super thick and gross. The sushi rolls i ordered tested good but looked like they were made by a child. Overall the food was underwhelming for me and i left most of it at the bar. Certainly not the worst, but when i want something like steak and sushi, i want something high quality.

I’m very conflicted on what to put. Food was good up until I found a hair in my food. Sushi was really good also. I’m really bummed about the hair though because this was my first time here. Our server and cook was nice as well.

The chef put on a great show!! They food he cooked was good!!. But he Sushi was very old and the fish was not fresh at all. Be careful what you order here. Had to get up and find someone to refill you drinks which was a task itself. So stay away from the seafood.

We had a wonderful experience here. The food was delicious and the staff was attentive. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten free options and was very accommodating with my celiac allergy. Highly recommend!
