I really wish when I ask for a large latte I actually get a large latte and not 2/3 of a cup. $6 plus for not full cup of coffee is annoying. This was the 3rd time, either 2/3 full or that the milk was soooooo hot it burnt the roof of my mouth and tongue. I called it in, so they could calibrate the machine because that was painful. So, I no longer go to this location. Sad really as I’m in the area 6 times a week and I used to enjoy my drink for the drive home. Just train people to make the lattes the size people order and the correct temperature. If I bought a small, would I only get a mouthful of coffee. It’s quite ridiculous too that I have to ask for sleeves and stoppers each time. The coffee is hot therefore sleeves should be given already.

I come to this Starbucks a lot, and I’m actually in between two locations. But let me tell you why this one is my Starbucks. I’m a Marine Corps veteran, and when I first walked in and saw fellow veterans working here, I knew this was where I belonged. The team is always kind, genuine, and welcoming.
Yesterday especially meant a lot. I’ve been having a rough few days, and someone took the time to decorate my cup, it was such a small gesture, but it made my whole day. I showed everyone I could, even sent a picture to my brother who owns his own coffee shop .
So to whoever took the time to brighten someone’s day with a Sharpie and a smile, THANK YOU. This store is more than coffee. It’s connection.

Comfortable place with great seating … however, the music is super loud! It’s as if you’re in a club.

As I waited for a car to be serviced, I sat in this Starbucks for 2 hours and enjoyed a pineapple passionfruit lemonade with strawberry purée and a sugar free vanilla latte. The drinks were made well.

There were times when in-store traffic picked up but it was never super busy and plenty of seats were always open.

The baristas did their jobs efficiently (serviced people quickly), but weren’t particularly friendly or unfriendly to people.

I am shocked, happily, that I was asked if my name was with 1 or 2 Ns and then I wanted a hot muffin with butter. I was then asked if I wanted my muffin cut in half so I could butter it. This is not found in customer service much anymore. A big shout out to Claudio.

As an Uber Eats driver, I am extremely dissatisfied with this particular Starbucks location. Delivery orders here are consistently delayed, leading to frequent cancellations. Meanwhile, non-delivery orders are processed very quickly. This level of service is unacceptable and harms their reputation.

JORDAN is Great! Up north and placed an order for my girlfriend who lives down the street but I had troubles through the app. He had a great time, upbeat personality, patient while I walked through the order, and rest assured that when it was done that I had a remarkable experience!

I’ve had repeated frustrations at the Starbucks location, 16330 FL-54, Odessa, FL 33556, primarily due to their lack of consideration for customer safety. Every time I visit, I have to specifically request a cup sleeve. It should be standard practice for hot drinks that a sleeve is always provided. A few months back, I had a conversation with the store manager about why a sleeve has to be requested and he said it was a new policy set by corporate. Not providing sleeves proactively seems like a safety liability that Starbucks would want to mitigate.

On a recent visit, I asked a barista to swap my 4-cup drink tray for a 2-cup tray since I was driving and felt it would be safer, especially with hot drinks and no sleeve. To my surprise, she said she wasn’t allowed to provide the smaller tray. This policy feels not only inconvenient but also another potential liability for the store.

Given these experiences, I am disappointed in Starbucks and would like to know why the safety of your customers is not a priority.

I went to the Blend coffee shop and they have sleeves and stoppers for customers to take as needed. Bye, Starbucks.

If you want poor, slow service, this is your Starbucks. Went through the drive thru which had a normal line for a Saturday morning. Advised at the speaker I had a mobile order (app had already sent the push notification it was ready). Finally got to the window after 11 mins. Girl at the window didn’t acknowledge I was even there just went about lining up drinks and food bags before taking more orders from the speaker. Someone else walked over and asked her if she was waiting for our order to be worked and she said responded to him that she hadn’t even checked for mine yet. He turned and our order had been sitting there the entire time. What’s the point of mobile ordering ahead allowing ample time to fill the order, waiting in the drive thru (which I don’t mind doing), to then simply be ignored at the window??

Honestly, the customer service at this Starbucks is what keeps me coming back. Staff is super friendly, patient, and genuinely seem to care about getting your order right.
