I got a delivery order, I ordered the original crust bacon cheeseburger specialty pizza, size medium. I grew up on pizza ranch, I love the pizza. What I got was not original crust or put together properly at all. GIANT chunks of pickles, toppings all in one giant pile and cut into tiny pieces. Terribly quality at this location.

Went for lunch on a Saturday and this place a really turned around compared to our other recent visits. We were greeted with kind employees that were happy to help. The food was all very fresh and well stocked constantly. They have new soda machines, and worked well and was very clean.

Sometimes you just wanna stuff yourself, and don’t want to eat at burger king. When I found out about the Pizza Ranch Rewards I did the math and since you get one point per dollar you spend and when you get a hundred points you get a $5 discount. It’s equivalent to a 5% discount. I immediately wanted to get the discount, and since I eat here often I rack up a bunch of points when my family came into town, I had racked up 20 dollars with the discount. Everyone who comes here more than 6-10 times needs to have the Pizza Ranch Rewards.
Also the salad bar today was amazing usually it looks awful due to little kids dropping different items in other items and generally making a mess but today it looks perfect nothing wrong with it at all.

UPDATE: Thank you for your promise to address this issue with your staff. I’ve upgraded my review, accordingly.
Food was good, and the staff were friendly – until it was 9:00 and the staff suddenly became very anxious to go home. Before we went, we checked to see that they were open until 9:00 p.m. We then arrived and paid for our meal at 8:19, after which we were invited to order a pizza, which arrived after 8:40.
To our surprise, an employee came to our table at 9:15 (while I was halfway through my pizza) and announced that they had been closed for 20 minutes, asking if we could depart within 5 minutes. Then, 1 minute later, another employee asked us to leave and then seemed a bit offended when we mentioned that her colleague had already just asked us to depart. Bottom line: both my daughter and I have worked at restaurants, and we’ve never asked customers to leave – especially while they were still eating their entree. Hopefully, this was a lack of training, and the owner will correct the mistaken approach for future customers.

Been here for 40 minutes. NOT 1 fresh pizza has been brought out, No plates. When asked if they are bring out pizzas, they stated we have a birthday party we had to make pizzas for them. Prior to asking my husband plated up all the wilted pizza and placed it on our table hoping they would bring some out…..NOPE that was after 20 minutes of waiting. Very frustrating for what they charge.

Place was crazy. Had to eat with plastic forks as they didnt have any clean metal ones. Plates were coming out dirty. Food was not being restocked in a timely manner. Worst pizza ranch experience to date.
