Gaucho’s atmosphere is clean and cool. Ample seating, Friendly, Knowledgeable Staff. Styled decor. Overall , the coffee and food offerings keep us coming back & the ambience has us lingering over our cups. Gaucho Coffee Shop is just what Cashmere needed! We just found this place on a trip to the west side this summer. It is now our favorite place to stop and recharge. The coffee is really good, service is excellent, but the food is not to be missed. I definitely recommend the rosemary salted bagel and the savory scone. The historic building has a great feel and is inviting. Make sure to visit the attached shop for unique gifts from local vendors.

The vanilla latte (I know, super basic ) was great. The strength and quality of the shots and the vanilla flavoring were all excellent. I’m very impressed. Definitely recommend!

Gaucho is one of the nicest coffee shops I’ve been to period. I have been to many in big coffee cities like Chitown, Seattle, Portland, etc.
Their lattes are solid and they are accommodating when I order a cold brew drink. I can’t speak to their straight espresso yet. For now spot hits the spot for non dairy lattes drinks.
The interior is a fantastic synergy of vintage decor, cozy corners, and relaxing lighting. The open brick is great and the building is most likely historical. The coffee shop has outside seating with a vintage small truck converted into benches. The building is shared with Yonder cidery and a clothing store.
If passing thru to Leavenworth or Wenatchee this place is a must! Also plenty of or gorgeous Mountain View’s and no Leavenworth lines! And their cake pop are damn tasty.
Hot Tips:
*Seriously get coffee here on the way to Leavenworth, no lines, easy parking, and no place there is better.
*One of the easier spots to score a table quick in Leavenworth is Stein, they have great cheese curds and your classic pretzel.
*Another special spot to seek crowd refuge is Leavenworth is the iconoclast cafe, their pretzels are better priced than other places.
*In Cashmere “That Pizza Place” has an old school 80s-90s feel with arcade games and the humble place also bowling as well!
*You already should know this, go on a trail in the Enchantments! Old Pipeline, Icicle Ridge, and Snow Lakes are close by and easy. There are many more!
*Lake Wenatchee is the dopest spot during the summer! ♂️ ♀️

This coffee shop was such a cool find! Located in an old railroad ticketing building it is full of atmosphere and charm. The coffee they served was brewed and Redmond Washington. So it’s not your standard Starbucks. The food was on spot. If I remember right I got a ham and cheese croissant. We thought the majority of Kashmir was located on one street. But to find this several street back per a recommendation of a shop owner was really fun.

Wow, this place is truly phenomenal, we got coffee which was incredible. Then we also got a breakfast burrito and a breakfast sandwich that all seemed homemade. My wife got a red white and blue latte that had homemade blueberry syrup. Amazing and definitely will be back. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful, will definitely be back!
