I was told to dispute through my bank. The bank worked with wendys for the investigation, and my dispute was denied. I never received the food. I don’t understand how my food was marked as picked up if I was told that there was no order under my name. Seems like someone took my food and told me there was no order under my name. This is absolutely ridiculous and theft.
Ordered through the app. Tried to pick up through the drive thru and they said they didn’t receive my order. Checked to make sure I ordered to correct location and I did. I expected the pending transaction on my account to settle and go back into my account, but I was charged and did not get my order.

The 3 ladies at the drive thru getting it done , the time I pulled up to the time I got my lunch about 2to3 minutes, 2 day’s back to back they were older ladies and the order was rt the first time. I’m from Virginia they move fast too around 4 to 5, but If I’m ever back in the Milwaukee ares I would stop by again. Thanks 3 ladies

Updated Review – 10/22/23: On my way to Menards, I remembered I hadn’t eaten lunch. I said to myself, “a Wendy’s Dave Double with cheese, mustard, and pickles sounds delicious.” So, I stopped and ordered one with fries and a Diet Coke. It was exactly what I needed! Delicious! The service was fast and friendly…. And the made my burger exactly the way that I ordered it. Mmmm!!!

Updated Review – 9/1/22: Again… like I said the last time, I love Wendy’s. The main reason is they are consistent. When I order a Dave’s Double Cheeseburger with pickles and mustard… I will get exactly that.. and it will be delicious! Their lemonade is great! The person at both pickup windows were super polite and friendly. I highly recommend this Wendy’s!

He was super apologetic and friendly. He took care of the problem immediately and made sure we were happy before we drove off. There is nothing like great customer service. He was a perfect example! I walked in and asked an employee who was walking out the bathroom and towards the register area if breakfast was still being servedor if it was lunch tube already. She looked at the clock continually walking towards the fryer where there were 3 other woman and said lunch is in 10 minutes. Not bothering to inquire which I was there for. I stood at the register 5 minutes. In that time all 4 woman at the fryer made eye contact but made no attempt to see if I was taken of. The young man att the drive thru window cane around the corner and made eye contact as well without asking if I’d been helped. I finally downloaded the app and ordered before I was unable to order breakfast.
The food was hot and wasn’t a problem.
Management really needs to work on training for hospitality….

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I will NOT be eating here again due to the fact the FRYS gave me severe food poisoning, you guys clearly dont know how to either cook the frys, or dump them when theyve been out long enough…. Just sad
