I dined for the first time to celebrate my birthday. My guests and I truly enjoyed ourselves from the great staff to the meal. Special thanks to the manager Elizabeth and our waiter Guillermo for making my night so enjoyable! Elizabeth stepped in and exceeded expectations to secure our table and showed kind professionalism all night! That mattered. Guillermo was so kind and detailed oriented. He anticipated our needs and was so accommodating! I hope both are able to see my review so they are aware of their great service. The fire show and live guitar show were nice additions to the atmosphere. I will be back to patronize soon.

Went in with my boyfriend for lunch. DJ was our server and he was absolutely on top of it and amazing. The food and drinks were incredible. I had the table side Bloody Mary and the macha martini . The food was outstanding. Highly recommend the wagyu fajitas and the croissant sandwich. We will be back and ask for DJ

Our server, Rafa, was AMAZING. He explained the menu so thoroughly and made sure we understood every detail — from the ingredients to the presentation. He gave thoughtful recommendations and made the whole experience feel personalized and effortless.
And Chef Eddie? Absolutely phenomenal. Not only is he incredibly talented (every dish was perfectly executed and beautifully plated), but he constantly checked on me and my girls to make sure everything was perfect. You can really tell he cares about the food and the guests’ experience. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
The drinks were crafted beautifully, the food was flavorful and unique, and the service was top-tier. Valentine’s can be hectic at restaurants, but they handled it flawlessly.
10/10 experience. We felt taken care of, celebrated, and honestly a little spoiled. I’ll definitely be back.

We recently dined here for my son’s birthday, and from start to finish it was an amazing experience. Our server, GiGi, was bubbly, attentive, and made great recommendations. We ordered a variety of dishes and enjoyed every one of them. We did encounter one minor issue, but the manager on duty, Savannah, resolved it quickly and professionally. We truly appreciate the entire staff for making it such a wonderful night. ✨

We enjoyed our time at Toca Madera, our waitress and busser were super nice and attentive, the food was delicious. We went on a Saturday night for my friend’s Birthday and we loved the ambiance. There’s Valet available just takes a bit of time since the place is always packed. It was midnight and people were still coming in.! Definitely recommend.
FYI Make sure everyone in your party arrives on time at the same time otherwise they don’t sit you at the time until every one arrives.

My husband and I have wanted to try Toca Madera for quite a while now and we decided to make it our Valentine’s Day designation this year! I was incredibly impressed with the atmosphere. The interior design is out of this world and so is the food. I had the scallops, my husband had the steak enchiladas. We shared the brussel sprouts and the mac & cheese with lobster. We started with the La Fete sparkling wine and then finished with a Love Potion #33. All so exquisite! Most importantly, our server Sami was the absolute best! He is friendly, cool, and very knowledgeable on the menus. He recommended we add lobster to our mac & cheese as well as recommended our desert, the brown butter cake! ♾️/10 would come back again and mostly for Sami!! Somehow I ended up here without realizing this was the spot everyone’s been talking about on TikTok. The vibe immediately stood out — great music, lively ambiance, and attentive service. For a moment, I honestly forgot I was in Houston.
I ordered the Noble Margarita and the Watermelon Margarita. Both were okay, but they could’ve been a little stronger. For food, I went with the Chicken al Pastor, along with black beans, cilantro lime rice, and the truffle mac and cheese. The food wasn’t bad, but definitely not worth the price — I’ve had better chicken for much less.
Now, the service? 10/10. They check in often, super friendly, really make you feel taken care of. Would I go back? Maybe — for the mac and cheese and the playlist alone. Still trying to figure out who’s dropping $39 on tacos though… because it’s not gonna be me.

Excellent service all around! The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience wonderful. Our waitress was one of the best I’ve ever encountered. Great food and great atmosphere — we’ll definitely be back and visit all states where available. Thanks for making my sister’s birthday extra special.

FOOD 10/10.
Made a reservation had to wait 20 min in the bar area no seats in one half of the bar. Service was severly lacking. We were seated and the waitress showed up right away and took our order. We didn’t wait long for the order to arrive to the table. Once we received our order the whole experience went on life support with o assistance. We were not given serving spoons with our meal so we had to use forks to get the food out of the dishes which made a pretty big mess *street corn is hard to scoop with a fork and it was hard to get someone attention to go retrieve Serving spoons. We finally flagged someone down to order more rice as the amount that came with the dish wasn’t enough to share. Finally our waitress comes over to confirm that the rice will be out shortly we asked about the spoons and she said oh yea sorry about that. Next, we wait for the rice nd we need our drink topped off we had to flag the waitress down again to get us more water. It is hard to sit and watch the waitress he very attentive to the tables across from us she is folding napkins as taking pictures for them etc. And we are not being attended too at all. At the price point im not expecting red carpet service, but it felt closer to the service received at a fast food resturant…which is minimal. I will not return for a special date night…the service didn’t feel special.

This place was very nice. went for a friend’s birthday and I must say the service was top quality. Food was decent. The venue and decor are beautiful. I look forward to coming back to enjoy the outdoor seating when it gets warmer.
