I told the person at the drive-through that I didn’t want any lettuce, pickle or sauce on my sandwiches and they still put it on there.
How hard is it to do your job correctly? If you do the same thing for eight or more hours a day this makes no sense. This is ridiculous and when l asked to replace the sauce with mayo, they said they didn’t have any mayo. Who is the manager here? Why don’t you have any mayo on a Saturday night, one of the busiest nights of the week you need to be stocked up and you need people that know how to do their job correctly. This is bad service. Do not go here. They will not follow the order. You’ll be asking them to remake it every time. Same with my burger I said no pickle or lettuce and they still put it on there

I placed an order for a four piece chicken tender meal, with a vanilla strawberry swirl frosty. I only received 3 Tenders and some crumbs, my fries were cold and my frosty wasn’t on my order at all. They told me at the window that I didn’t order it. The pace is obviously too fast for the workers because they just threw orders together and missed them at the same time.

The restaurant was completely out of mayo and chocolate frosties. We ordered on the app. The employee didn’t tell us this info when we were at the drive thru or even ask us if we would like a different item or another frosty. They just made our order and as she was handing us the bag she stated our sandwich had no mayo and they were out of chocolate frosties so gave us vanilla. A choice would have been nice.

During my recent visit to Wendy’s at 259 City Line Ave, I encountered a mixed level of service. While the employees were satisfactory, the supervisor’s conduct was notably unprofessional. To my dismay, she interrupted the staff member who was taking my order to perform some administrative tasks, leaving me unattended and causing an unnecessary delay. This lack of consideration for customer time and the abrupt disruption of service was quite disappointing. It’s unfortunate to report that this experience has been one of the worst in terms of customer service, and it significantly impacted my perception of the establishment.

Please stop eating at this Wendy’s. None of the employees are wearing gloves while preparing the food. Still tried to eat the Doublestack, but I almost threw up. The meat was burnt and stale. Credit Card machine didn’t work, even though they prefer you use CC (or exact change) because of a coin shortage. Just stop.

I was going to give this Wendy’s a 5. I enjoyed the team interaction, the manager was talking to an employee with respect, it was refreshing. The team worked together to get my order. I was set, until I opened my baconater fries… 1st no bacon, the cold fries with clumped cheese.. I’m disappointed, I wanted to really like this Wendys.

One of the dirtiest Wendy’s I’ve ever eaten at. They were out of most of the drinks (Diet Coke / Regular Coke / Diet Sprite…. etc) When I arrived there were 5 or 6 employees standing in the food prep area talking. Not one of them was actually performing any tasks. Took almost 5 minutes for someone to take my order. I specifically stated that the order was “NO PICKLES”, more than once, yet there were pickles on my sandwich. Even after that the food was decent.
