Wow! I was shocked! Never have seen a Chick-fil-a this dirty! Paper/food on floor. Dirty tables & trash cans (3) over flowing! Also Nuggets getting smaller! Food was good! Fries cooked good, usually try to get them well done so they’re not flimsy! But they don’t offer well done fries here. Also flowers on tables need to be thrown away or replaced. They been on tables a while.

My experience here was great thanks to Grady. Grady introduced himself to me with a great smile and asked how could he be off service. Even tho I was a door dasher it was great that he helped me with my order out off all the employees just looking at me. Thanks for hospitality Grady, you’re awesome!

We came here for my granddaughter birthday party chick fil did amazing job but while we. Was there their was a family with about four kids eating I have never witnessed two grown people with kids make a mess as this family did a pen full of pigs couldn’t have made a mess like this the manger I am consuming took her a good 15 min to clean their mess up but correct to her she did it with a smile and she was so professional while

Me and my employees went to this chick Fil a. They were not nice. They gave us cold food. I do not recommend nobody going to this chick fila. Customer service is not good. I called to complain about my cold food, the manager well, he says he’s the manager was very rude to me over the phone, he tells me It’s my fault cause I took 15 minutes to call about the food. Very terrible customer service. It also took me 20 minutes to get the food. There was nowhere to park. All the lanes was blocked. I couldn’t turn around to bring the food back to the store, so I called when I got back to my job. manager was no help at all. The lady in the window that gave me my food was very short as well. If you go to this Chick-fil-A for lunch, make sure you check your food at the window before you leave because the food, be cold here, this is the truth.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. We were able to promptly give our order. We had several rewards to redeem and the cashier was still pleasant and friendly. I didn’t know the name of a dressing however I was able to describe it to her and she knew exactly what it was. It’s always a pleasure visiting a Chick-fil-A especially this location.

When you go to a chick fil a, compared to other fast foods, you expect good to great customer service, in here I felt nothing but ignored, when we first came in with our family trying to enjoy some good time together, we completely got ignored, not even acknowledged by a couple workers when we were standing trying to place our order, also I stood up at the register for a solid 7 minutes trying to get a refill my drink, where a few workers saw me and completely dismissed me, and it was then when I asked a worker to help me, she was honestly very nice and respectful, but honestly I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated. I will not be returning here due to the fact that a mcdonalds drive thru has better customer service than what I experienced.

We get food from this location about once a week and there is always something wrong with the order. Either the salad is the wrong type or a French fry is missing or no dressing was included, etc. It’s frustrating that there is consistently an issue. I rarely have issues with other locations.
