Ordered Cajun fries and received regular, then ordered two double cheeseburgers and got raw/burnt/pieced together regular ones?? It wasn’t even busy. Whenever I tried to order the guy kept cutting me off and I knew there was no way my order was going to be right. Very frustrating. Threw basically the entire meal away and went somewhere else.

Always good, best value and freshness of any fast food restaurant. $7.99 for their 2 hotdog tray, which includes 2 sides and a drink. They charge extra for chili, so I order chili as one of my sides with onion rings as the other side. Everything’s fresh not frozen. Varied unique menu. Their shakes are awesome.

During my stay at Stone Mountain we ate Cook Out on two different occasions. The food was delicious and also very reasonably priced. There burgers are good. Their shakes are also. winner. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others. The workers were also pleasant to work with.

Delicious, affordable, and the drive thru was super fast. Only took away a star because I feel like they kinda shorted us on the sides at this location. One side of onion rings was only 4 onion rings, hush puppies only got like 5. I don’t remember the snellville location being that stingy with the sides. However even though the drive thru was pretty long it went super fast and the food taste great so hey it is what it is

Not like it used to be back in the days. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I remember back in the days, after jogging around stone mountain park and climbing the mountain, my friends and I would go to cookout around 10 pm or 11 pm and grab a bite to eat. However, lobby closed earlier. Going through the drive through is the next best option but are restricted from making two separate orders, instead, if ya wanna make another order, you must drive back around. Weird. Also, instead of correcting simple mistakes, the customer has to be ridiculed or ignore. Not all staff just certain ones that can’t handle high volume of orders and the stress from them. Hopefully it gets better. Great food though.
