I’ve been going to this Longhorn for years and I’ve never had an issue with them before, but tonight I unfortunately was served what appears to be a rotten baked potato. I cut into my baked potato and saw this sticky black blob in the middle and immediately called the manager over. He was very polite and took my plate back and brought me out a fresh baked potato which was perfectly fine, but it’s still unacceptable that this wasn’t caught before it was served to a customer. The rest of my food—lobster tail, filet mignon, and Brussels sprouts—were perfectly fine. I hate to have to leave a bad review, but this is truly awful.

apparently nobody here likes to clean anything. it smelled like a trash can when we walked in. host sat us right outside the kitchen at an absolutely DISGUSTING table with molded menus that had food and sticky spots all in them. fruit flies were all over the place. our booth was so gross, we asked for our food to go instead. our server Nate wasn’t bad but I wish he would’ve asked if something was wrong. the bread they brought out was visibly stale and tasted old. the side caesar salads were bland, tasted more like mayo than caesar. my sister ordered a full-size salmon salad and they gave her the same amount of salad that i got in my side salad. her salmon was dry, you could tell they put it on a grill and forgot all about it and all the parm cheese for the salad was melted to the bottom of the salmon for whatever reason they boxed it like that. steaks are small but good, parm crust isn’t as good as it used to be. overall this place has fallen far and hard. don’t waste your time or money here.

It’s a hit or miss on the steaks. At times it’s the best and then you can get the bad and at times in between. 4 stars overall for other times that it was good. 3 stars because of a very loud group. In general good food and good corn when in season. As stated earlier hit or miss on the steak. Service is acceptable. It can be better.

I would have given it a 5 stars but the loaded potato had way too much salt on the outside caked on, but I just scraped it off and all good after that. Other than that I really enjoyed my meal, this was my first time eating here. I got the shrimp with sirloin combo that comes with 3 sides. Salad was a nice portion and the balsamic vinaigrette was really good. The rice had a good flavor and the shrimp too. The sirloin was good. I’m glad they have many gluten free options too. I’ll be back soon. I got takeout and it was ready on time, great considering it’s Christmas Eve.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I specifically ordered my steak well done. The first one that was brought to the table was clearly undercooked and leaking blood, so we respectfully sent it back. What came out the second time looked like this — burnt on the outside and still unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the manager came to the table with his hand on his hip, brushed off the concern, offered no real solution, and walked away without resolving anything. That level of leadership explains the outcome.
The waiter did his best and was kind throughout the situation, but when management handles concerns this way, it reflects on the entire establishment.
Unfortunately, I will not be returning. If I could give zero stars, I would.

What’s crazy is Longhorn has been our favorite restaurant for years. Last night was our last time eating there. The place smelled horrible from the minute you walk in. Almost like the floor was mopped with a dirty mop. It smelled sour and mildewed like. The table and all its correspondence were dirty. The shakers were sticky and caked with salt & pepper. All 3 of our menus had food in them on every page. The promotion dessert stand was crumby and also sticky. THEIR WERE FRUIT FLIES FLYING AROUND MY DRINK AND THE TABLE THE WHOLE NIGHT. it got to a point when we just told our server to bag the food to go. It just wasn’t a good experience. *******Even after I got home to eat the food we got carried out, my salmon was burnt and overly cooked. I asked for blackened salmon which does not mean charred to a crisp. It was literally crunchy they kept it on the grill or in the oven entirely too long. ****** Usually we are ranting and raving about this place but it has gone downhill in a major way. Do not recommend. Abort abort.
