The a/c is broken or something is wrong and the heat is turned up. It’s too hot in this place to for these workers to be here or to eat here. Had to take the food and just eat outside. You can see the workers sweating. (Btw the bathrooms are actually colder) property management do better.

I went to the drive-up and ordered a 2 piece cod dinner. I paid $17.99 for it and ordered nothing else. I waited in the car waiting area for 45 minutes. Finally I told an order runner I was waiting too long. 15 minutes later a manager brought my meal out with a turtle sundae. He gave me a coupon for one free scoop of ice cream. I should have been refunded for the cost of my dinner and given a coupon for a free meal. I will never go back to the Culver’s in Berwyn. Terrible service and the meal was cold after waiting for over an hour for it. Terrible service.

Great service always! Quality of the food has decreased lately. Burgers aren’t as good, not sure why they changed the kind of beef used. Buns are stale and beef is tough and chewy, lacking flavor. Culver’s used to be my favorite but it seems they are cutting corners with the food and it shows. I hate that, because that’s what happened to Portillo’s.

Have visited this Culver’s plenty of times with no problems. But tonight was an off night, perhaps because it was close to closing time? They charged me for a double cheeseburger, but didn’t put it in the bag. My sundaes melted while I waited in the car for them to make the cheeseburger. Got home and one part of my patty melt was so thin, I could see through it. To make it worse, it had a PIECE of a onion on it and the bread was barely toasted. Some of my fries were slightly burned also. Called the store when I got home to report my disappointment regarding my food and experience tonight. Manager offered to replace the patty melts and sundaes on my next visit, which I’m grateful for. Lesson learned. I won’t visit close to quitting time ever again. For a meal for my family that costs almost $46.00, I expect more.

Asked for all my burgers to be well done! Got home and bit into this! Disgusting! I threw up! I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager Darius. He didn’t give any empathy and wasn’t apologetic at all. Just to bring the burgers back to get them replaced or a refund. It’s first matter I actually but into it and threw up. It doesn’t matter that I made it all the way home and wasn’t expecting to come back out this evening! Nothing for the inconvenience and this sick feeling of knowing what I just digested. I specifically asked for all burgers to be WELL DONE!!!! I won’t be eating a burger for a while especially from this place!

Their custard is made fresh everyday and is delicious. I’ve had one negative experience in all the years I’ve enjoyed going here. Maybe because of the area and/or because of the late hour but I was almost forced to defend myself frome guys who were waiting parked in their parking lot. Probably waiting for an employee to get off work, but they followed me almost to Jewel trying to jump me.*UPDATE* l. Still enjoying the food here with no new fights tho the food is worth it if I had to.
