Service was fine for a party of two. Eating utensils needed polishing with a napkin to get the soap residue off as best as possible. The salad was fine. We both ordered chicken parmesan. (Lunch portion). The bread sticks were like eating a salt lick. We both had to use a knife to cut the chicken. The chicken was either overcooked or grisly. The sauce had some sort of metallic after taste. When coupled with the breadsticks, it gave you a premonition you would need a bathroom within the next 30 minutes. It took less than 30 minutes. $33 plus tip plus some Gaviscon!

Spent Veterans Day at this Olive Garden and was very disappointed in the service provided. I ordered a drink along with the “endless” soup, salad, and breadsticks, but after finishing each, I sat there for a full 15 minutes before seeing the waitress again. I had ordered another drink after 5 minutes that did not arrive until much later. After waiting for quite a while and looking for a manager, my waitress came over to ask if I needed anything to which I explained that I had been sitting there that entire time without any food or drink and that my drink order from 15 minutes prior was never delivered, she said she would get everything. She brough more soup and salad but no breadsticks for the table and explained my drink was being worked on by the bar. 5 more minutes went by when I saw her at another service station pouring my drink and bringing it to me in one of the dirtiest glasses I’ve ever been provided at any restaurant. At no point was I offered anything more or asked if we needed anything else. I paid for our meal and left and will not be returning to this Olive Garden location. I do not remember the waitress’ name, other than it started with an “A”. I would also like to point out that at no point did I see a manager, and though I would have liked to speak to someone when I left, the Veterans Day crowd was coming in and at that point the restaurant was getting very busy.

My coworkers and I ordered 4 Soup, Salad & Breadstick meals for lunch to be delivered. The wait time was estimated 60-90min which was fine as we work at a Hospital and work 12hr shifts. Once food arrived which was about 90mins we opened the bags only to realize all 4 orders were missing the salad. We reached out to Olive Garden and spoke to the manager about the situation and explained we had not received any of the salads. The manager then asked if we could come pick up the missing salads to which we explained we had placed it for delivery due to being short staffed and unable to leave. The manager stated she had no available drivers and offered to refund the amount for the salads. We accepted as there were no other options. Very disappointed and frustrated at the lack of attention to detail of the order and service as this was our meals for our 12hr shift.

ELLE (ELLA?) IS AN AMAZING SERVER!! She is so sweet & i even overheard other guests talk about how amazing she is. She made our experience a 10/10! You never get this kind of service anymore but SHE was seriously the best!! Food was good!

I have been at Olive Garden multiple times. I have to say, I received the best service ever today. Roberto was my waiter and he was so pleasant. It was so amazing to see how much he not only cared about the customers but how much he loved his job. Roberto had the best customer service ever. Thank you Roberto for such great service. Not gonna lie, this was extremely disappointing takeout. I understand that Olive Garden is likely the next chain to fold, and they only have a few years left, but look at these portions. At least get a smaller container to make it look half decent. The only reason people come here is to fill up on bread because nothing here is worth eatting. This was something like $21 and probably a 6oz piece of chicken. I’d rather eat at Applebees honestly, and thats saying something because they just merged with IHOP. Please go elsewhere and save your money
