We had an extremely disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings tonight. We waited almost two full hours for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was dry and barely warm. For that kind of wait time, you would at least expect fresh, hot food — but that definitely wasn’t the case.
The service was just as frustrating. We received very little communication about the delay, and it felt like we were completely forgotten. I understand it was late, but if you advertise that you’re open until 2 AM, customers should still receive efficient and quality service during those hours. Being open late shouldn’t mean a major drop in standards.

Had a great visit at this location. Bartender was chill and everything came out hot and fresh. There was a mixup with my appetizer being made late and they took care of it without even asking. It was a pretty cool gesture. I didn’t mind but they went above and beyond. Highly recommend this location

The food came out really late and the warmest thing on the plate was microwaved Mac n cheese. We ordered Nashville chicken, desert hot rub chicken and burgers. Our wings came out almost cold room temperature and hard outsides the sauce looked dark and old not sure if we even got the right sauce. The waitress let us know there was no chicken tenders no problem, we ordered burgers with buns we even asked what type of buns the burgers had in the picture in the menu But when it was time to receive our food the burgers came out on Texas toast and smashed beef instead of regular Pattie’s, why not just say there’s no ingredients for the meal. Was excited to celebrate a special week with a nice late night meal at the only place open but I dont think they have reason to be open so late the kitchen and waiter communication is not ready to serve this late. There wasn’t even any one else in the restaurant barely for the food to be served like this.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We were seated quickly but after that all went terrible. We wasted 1.5 hours at this place. Our first waiter disappeared. Then waitress came out and said she was taking over because he was confused. She took the orders and then we never saw her again except once in a while to bring a plate out to another table.
They never checked on us or refilled our drinks. It was so bad everyone in the place was going up to waiter station and refilling their own drinks! It was crazy. Then they ran out of ice. So they were serving people warm soda and tea. Many tables got frustrated with the wait and left. It seemed they ran out of fries too. Plates coming from kitchen were getting less and less fries…until finally no fries were on plates. Our table unfortunately got food after 80 mins or so and no fries. Below is photo of what I was given. Son ordered same thing with warm soda… all for $30. No fries, no ice, no service… I don’t know how this place stays in business.
Someone at our table ordered a salad and was first to get food (after 45 mins). Too bad they forgot her salad dressing. They brought that out 24 mins later after she ate the salad with none… just so they could leave.
We saw another table where someone spilled drink and the glass broke in the table. NO ONE NOTICES…no one helps. Customers were cleaning up the mess with napkins and menus. One of them got cut on the glass. They piled it on a neighboring table. When we left not one server had noticed it or cleaned up the wet napkins, glass, or pile of trash. I felt like we were in the twilight zone.
It was like the wait staff was hiding in kitchen. And the place was not really busy either! Three employees were just standing up front for a long time not doing anything.
Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else! We ate and paid… no sense arguing about fries or other stuff. We just wanted to escape! Both of us were still hungry after our 6 tiny boneless wings with no fries. So we went to neighboring drive thru for food to fill us up.

Honestly, just don’t go at all.
No hostess, took FOREVER to pick up an online order that we placed 30 min before we got there. Still took another 30 just to get the order. Partially because the girl who was supposed to be at the front, was doing other stuff. The cheese curds were fried in old dirty grease also. I ordered the chili lime slaw and they gave me just some dry “slaw” without the sauce smh.
Our order wasn’t even hot. I’m sure it had been sitting in the back waiting because, again, the girl up front was NOT doing her job. The whole place was trash honestly. Just don’t go. Save your money and don’t. This place should be shut down. It was the only thing open. This was the Night of Game 7 of the NBA finals and they were NOT busy. So there’s no excuse really. I want my money back but it’s not even worth it. They would probably mess that up too.

The service was fantastic. They were so accommodating and friendly while we watched an NFL playoff game. The food came out way faster than we expected and was excellent. I highly recommend BWW in Florence. My only suggestion is that they give the bathrooms some attention. Otherwise, we had a very good experience overall.

This is NOT where u want to go eat. I visited BWW in florence next to magnolia mall on Saturday 7/12/2025. When I rcvd my meal, the burger was over cooked and extremely dry. The bacon on the burger was not cooked/almost raw. I advised the waitress whom immediately called the manager to our table. I explained the situation. Her response was well what do u want?.. u want me to make a new burger? I was expecting at least an apology. So I said no, I’d like it removed from the bill. She responded again saying.. we’ll, u ate half of it so u gotta pay for half. I was blown away and upset at this point. Still no apology for the service. After my rant.. she took 10 dollars off my bill.. but never apologized for bringing out a overcooked burger w/undercooked bacon.(how does that happen?) The waitress was decent. She had an entire restaurant and bar to run with no help. I won’t be eating there again. The party i was with did not enjoy their meals either. Not sure who the cook was that day but should be fired along with the manager.
