Stopped in for a quick meal break retuning home on a long road trip. I tend to avoid using the self serve keosks, especially when road fatigued and yet had a helping hand walk through each ordering page with me. Super nice employee that happily took the time to make sure I selected what I wanted without any screwups. Once my order was ready the same employee walked it right over to my table. Above and beyond!

I’ve come here in the past and never had any issues. Today I went to get a quarter pounder meal. Didn’t even think to look as I was eating and saw that the middle was raw!!! I hope I don’t get sick but this place needs to shut down for being a health risk to people.

Made an order then used the restroom. And then stood at the pick up area for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me and it wasn’t until I had to yell over the counter to get helped as I saw my coffee sitting there the entire time. When I asked if it’s normal for someone to wait to be helped for 10 minutes the manager and employee laughed and kept on repeating “we called it out as soon as it was done”… the time I was using the restroom. So tired of these managers and employees being rude when a customer is upset for an understandable reason. You could have just said “hey sorry about that” and it would be fine.

These employees are trained to only focus on taking your money. They will ignore you after they give your food regardless if they fulfilled your order. They will serve you stale cold food and look at you as if you’re an idiot if you bring it up. This has been consistently going on for the last 5 months. I’ve gone from 3-4 times a week to once every 2 weeks hopeful that they will get better… so sad. Please note, I will gladly update this review when/if there’s improvement.

Drive thru for a lrg Dr. P, a lrg. unsweetened ice tea, and two apple pies. Paid, moved to pick-up window and was told they were out of ice tea. “Would you like something else instead of ice tea or a refund? It will take five or 10 minutes to brew more tea. Would you like a refund to your card or cash?”
Back again, a month or so since through the drive – thru for wife wanting a Dr. P Zero. Added an apple pie and “holiday” pie. Three cars in front of me which moved fairly quick. Lady in the blue Honda CRV directly in front of me felt the need to spend more time focused on her phone than the two cars that had been in front of her, now gone. The ” holiday” pie was pretty good. I’d buy another.3 stars (Service) + 3 stars (Food) + 0 stars [Atmosphere (remember, this was in the drive – thru)] = 6 stars (out of a possible 15 stars) = 2.5 (rounded up) 3 stars. A bit better than the 1 + 1 + 0 = 1.3 rounded down to 1 I gave it last time through.

The service was good, but I ran into a problem the manager didn’t resolve. I ordered a medium coffee to get a Monopoly sticker. They didn’t give me one. The manager said they only give stickers with large coffees. I ordered the coffee through the kiosk, and there was a Monopoly sticker on the medium. If I had known about this in advance, I would have ordered a large with a sticker. I’m dissatisfied.

Went there after work, i went through the drive through and was met with a rude toned older Lady saying she wont serve me, i had already placed my mobile order. I ride on an electric scooter and they had no trouble serving my order anytime in the past month. Nor do I get any extravagant sized order. I tell them I already did my mobile order, then a guy answers saying they still won’t serve me. Nowhere does it say that I have to be specifically in a car and my scooter is classified as a vehicle so?? What the hell? Also this was around 11:30pm with no other cars or customers around so.. Taking a minute or two to build two sandwiches is to much for you? Interesting.
