The buns are the best. We ordered a chicken and a tofu. Both super delicious! Highly recommended! Shrimp popcorn is good. Though sushi is just fine.
Environment and service:
Be sure to reserve during peak hours otherwise you will have to wait. We were lucky but when we left. There was a queue. The restaurant is small and tables are small as well. It can have quite noise with a lot of people. Service is good. The waitresses looks a little bit tired.
In total I would score 4.5/5.
The sushi combo: a loooot of avocado(6/18 just avocado and cucumber), a little bit of salmon in some, and some with crab, no diversity, expected more for 18.5 euros.
Nothing special to say about shrimp popcorn.
The music was inappropriate for a sushi place, I didn’t expect listening to 50 Cent’s “In Da Club”. A lot of pop songs that really contradicted the feeling of the place.
The food was just fantastic, we ordered one Imperial salad, noodles with salmon and three types of salmon: sashimi, sushi and rolls, everything was just exceptional taste and quality, the final price was not high though only 50 Eur we paid for 2 adults including drinks…
Highly recommended
I’ve eaten at hundreds of sushi restaurants around the world, and this one comfortably sits at the very bottom of the list.
Every element of the combination was bland — the rice was dry, the fish was of poor quality, and the portions were unreasonably small.
And finally: a sushi restaurant that offers only one type of sake (hot or cold — thanks, I guess), and of noticeably poor quality, is nothing short of a
Japanese crime.
We went there a casual weekday evening and was a chill place to eat some excellent quality sushi. Definitely worth and the price is right.
