I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 because they are not always consistent. On a good day, they are amazing! When the tenders are good, they are huge, piping hot, juicy and tender as they should be. However, sometimes they miss and then tenders are on the smaller side and a bit dry. They introduced new sauced tenders recently, the honey better tenders, and they are delicious. Definitely give them a try. They have a large variety of sauces and they’re great. Think chik fila of sauces. Their PDQ home sauce and BBQ sauce are great. Their fries are also delicious.

My fiance and I came an hour before closing, and they were super friendly not annoyed that we came an hour before closing like alot of restaurants do. The food was hot and fresh not overly salted, and just had a calm welcoming atmosphere. All the employees seemed to be happy and in a good mood. We’ll be coming back more often.

One of my favorite spots for spicy fried chicken tenders. I always order the same thing, so I can’t speak for the rest of the menu — but what I get is consistently great. The place is clean, the service is friendly, and the prices are fair. The chicken is perfectly crispy, flavorful, and pairs amazingly with their Buffalo Bleu sauce, which I absolutely love. Simple, reliable, and delicious every time.

First time at PDQ. Used drive thru where the young lady was sweet and helpful with my order. Then to pick up window where 2 young ladies were just as friendly asking what else i needed. It was nice to see them working so well together and pleasant and helpful too. Had the Chicken deluxe meals w/waffle fries. Delicious! Good portions too. Definitely recommend and will go back

First and last time. A friend talked this place up.
I was just there and I ordered a meal with a drink and said Diet Coke. I also asked to also add a small shake. When they asked “fries with the meal?” I said “yes, fries please”
We ended up with no drink as they swapped out and fries for a salad. They swapped the drink out for an up-charge small shake.
Honestly 2/4 items of an order being correct is truly NOT a wow first impression. There’s a couple of other chicken places nearby I’ll just continue going to. Way too expensive to get home and be disappointed.
*there was no one in the drive thru line and there were very very few cars in the lot, otherwise I probably wouldn’t have written anything at all.
The food review is for the sandwich: the sandwich, drink, and side is definitely not worth the high 12.99 price tag. The chicken was nothing spectacular and didn’t taste unique compared to the other chicken places. The sandwich is only chicken, honey butter (this is the one my friend said we HAD to try), and 3 pickles- nothing to write home about.
The reason it’s two stars for food is because the Oreo shake was actually pretty good.
Ultimately I paid about $16 for a chicken sandwich, a side salad (that doesn’t have any dressing), and a small milkshake. My two cents is drive a little more west ♀️

Chix strips are good though Chick Fil-A is better but the sauces here are great. Not crazy about having to order only from a screen as theres no way to customize your order. Music is way too loud.

Last time I was here I ordered a KIDS meal and was given spicy tenders for my 4 year old didn’t realize it until we opened our food at home. Spicy tenders for a child I was so angry and didn’t go back there for a year which was today. I realized why I don’t bother coming here. Service is awful. Nasty attitude not from the person who took my order but from the person that provides the food at the second window. Just ugly attitude for no reason. They forgot my child’s fries that goes with the kids meals so I went back to get them and the man is steady arguing with me that he gave them to me and I’m telling him he didn’t. I mean he was arguing with me like the price for the fries were coming out of his check. It was ridiculous and he ended up giving them to me saying the person didn’t put them on the order. So once again I won’t be coming back to this location and it’s sad because there aren’t anymore in my area. Also the portions for meals are absurd. This is an adult meal for $13 and they barely gave me any fries. I ordered 2 5 piece tender meals. Look at this portion. I haven’t even opened it.

The food was great and it was affordable. Their vanilla shake was delish! They have crispy waffle fries! The dine in area was clean, the employees were friendly and helpful.
Should you not want to eat in, you can order your food through the drive thru. The chicken sandwich was savory, and approved by the kiddos. The spicy chicken sandwich was great, although it was not too spicy.

Haven’t been in a while. My pick up order was ready when I got there and Kayla was super polite and courteous. Not sure if Dayjah and Mailk are still there. Did not see them today but they are super nice as well.
