$12 for a “steak” breakfast burrito that is 90% potatoes. The little steak I did get was chewy inedible gristle. I haven’t felt this ripped off for a while. I’m never eating at this dump again.

It’s a shame.. this place usually has the best quality in the area and they’re usually pretty consistent, but apparently they have a new policy.. you can only get two servings of carrots and jalapeños through the drive through, regardless of how much food you purchased.
They’ve always been stingy, perhaps they’ve see too much waste, but they have historically worked with me when I ask for more. This time, even going inside, they told me only two and they were moody that I packed my own salsa. So weird, so disappointing. Come for the good, but don’t expect good service.
Hopefully this was a one off, time will tell, but the lady wouldn’t budge, soooo.. take from that what you will.

I have enjoyed this location since it replaced the Long John Silvers over 20 years ago. But they recently have changed EVERYTHING! Instead of being focused on providing great food with great customer service it is clear they are now purely focused on generating revenue. The prices all went up on every item but as the prices went up the quality and quantity of their food has gone down. Their red sauce is now watered down, their burritos have less meat, or less beans or less of the item you’ve requested to have in it. The rolled tacos have 30% less meat in them. We ordered a side of rice and the employee misheard us and rang us up for a side of guacamole (which I’m allergic to) instead of an apology and taking it off the bill and refunding the money the employee acted like it was our fault, they did not refund us our money and they never provided us the rice. We sat in our car looking back and forth at eachother as the employee rolled their eyes and had zero care to get us what we wanted until we could see they were not going to fix the issue so we drove off. The lack of desire by the staff to make things right when they mess up an order is blatant that the days of Rancharitos being our friendly local neighborhood Mexican food spot are over. They don’t care about the customers all they care about is the money they get from us. I had to watch my wife cry last night because it was clear that we will never be back to that establishment again. If you love Rancherito’s then you know what I’m talking about. Do not go here if your expecting the flavor and customer service you’ve grown a custom to having at this location. We are saying goodbye after over 20 years and strongly caution anyone don’t waste your money at this establishment.

Worst hot Cheeto carne asada fries ever!
They barely added Hot Cheetos and the guacamole was super salty.
Just wasted my money
They also have no costumer service ability, I thought they have to teach you how to speak to costumer to work in a place like this.
We ended up wasting 30 min just to get some carne asada fries as the only costumers in the store.
Had come here about 4 times and every single time there’s something wrong with my food or the staff is super rude.
They don’t open 24 hours just so you know.
Just spend some extra time going to a different one honestly.

I’ve been going here for several years, and something has changed recently…not just the prices! Food it still typical Rancheritos food for the most part but not as good as it has been in the recent past. I’ve stuck to California burritos lately, because they’ve still remained pretty good. The plates have been…well…meh… Definitely not as good in the past. Oh..the the Churros…I’ve never had worse!! I could have used them for drumsticks, fire wood!! Definitely won’t be ordering those again. C’mon Rancheritos…Step it up!

I went and got a chorizo breakfast burrito but this isn’t my first time coming in. I got 5 burritos in total this run for my entire work crew and these people were FAST about it. The young lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. Also very patient with me getting orders together. I will return for sure and i highly recommend you come try thier giant burritos. Every time i come here they improve and thats great to say as it’s already delicious. They also updated a bunch of things in the past month.

Be careful at the drive thru at night this has happened before but I was never sure till tonight I switched cards because of theft I recently got this card while heading home stopped at the rancheritos I used my card there and not ten minutes later I was charged 5 bucks from apple.com I don’t have anything apple use cash at the driver here the lady also took longer then usual with my card even though I left a tip they still robbed me

I love visiting this place when I come visit Utah because I love their burritos. I order 2 carne Asada burritos, and somehow they heard 2 asada fries which sounds completely different then BURRITOS. however I got home without checking my food and when I got home to feed 4 hungry people we found this instead. They made me wait and pull forward while in the drive thru to get this food and again we’re from Colorado but love their burritos but some how they have me a bunch of fries. We called and told them, they basically said they would replace it if we bring the fries back. They also lied to my wife and told her (since she was the one that initially called) they told her that they told me I would be getting fries instead for some reason and apparently I told them it was ok that id take the fries instead which was not at all what I said, they only took my payment and asked me to pull forward because they were taking forever. Check out photos for what i thought would be 3 burritos.

Good large portions but it’s kinda pricey! I do enjoy the super nachos and chimichangas but I wish the chimichanga had more than just meat in it. You can get them smothered though, so that’s a plus!
