Come for the weekend lunch buffet for sure. After noon time it gets pretty busy and you will need to wait. I would say it’s the best Indian I had in Jersey so far, beats Edison or Jersey City in my opinion. Service is attentive, the patrons might give you looks but that’s fine. A great amounts of options, $25 per head and it’s all you can eat plus a grilling station.

Came here for the new year’s eve dinner, the experience was great, they assigned us a very good seat close to the dance floor.
Food was very tasty and they had good variety of appetizers to begin with and at 10pm, the main course and desserts, all in a buffet way.

Went to dine in After buffet, around 3:30ish pm, ordered Vegetable Chettinad and Veg biryani, under seasoned and didn’t meet expectations. Salt was lacking in both the dishes.
Service was amazing all of the servers were very attentive. Disappointed with the visit.

Wonderful Experience for a Large Family Group
We visited Jashan by Dhaba as a party of 11, including 3 kids, and had a really lovely time.
When we first arrived, we had a short wait before being seated. The dosa station was right by the entrance, and without even being asked twice, the dosa chef noticed our hungry kids and kindly made small dosas for them on the spot. We weren’t even seated yet, but he saw three hungry little ones and just took care of them. It was such a warm, thoughtful gesture that immediately set a positive tone for the whole meal.
The food itself was excellent. There were plenty of vegetarian options that went well beyond the usual potatoes and paneer, which was a refreshing change. The non-vegetarian selection was also generous and well-represented. Standouts for our group were the thandai, which was a big hit with everyone, and the mango mousse, which was delicious.
Overall, between the genuine hospitality and the quality and variety of the food, Jashan by Dhaba made for a great outing with a large family group. We’ll definitely be back.

Best Indian food I had in New Jersey today at Jashan by Dhaba
Great restaurant with great selection of food and Mocktails and India sweets.
Today chef specials was Sarson da saag with makki ki roti and goat sasuralwali is the best.
Service is excellent and all staff friendly helpful.
We will be back soon for the Sunday grand buffet

I was there for lunch today, after a gap of few years, and felt sorry to see that the previous standards are not maintained. The staff manager cum greeter was rude and brusque, the place itself was crowded and pretty noisy with long lines for the buffet.
The food itself was not bad though nothing to get excited about. The buffet provided good choices, both veg and non-veg, with table and buffet staff being generally efficient.
In summary, okay food but a less than stellar dining experience.

We visited Jashan Dhaba with our family for their lunch buffet around 2 PM, close to buffet closing time.
There were still multiple food options available despite it being near the end of service, which we appreciated. The variety was good, and the food itself tasted great — we genuinely enjoyed the flavors and quality.
One thing to note is that they charge full buffet price for kids, which we found a bit surprising. Additionally, there was an extra 3-4% fee for credit card processing even for 100$ spend.
Overall, the food was good and we had a nice family meal, but clearer pricing policies would make the experience even better.

Amazing lunch buffet. Each and every dish is flavourful. My best recommendation in vegetarian dishes are Punjabi kadi pakoda, veg biryani and tandoori vegetables. Non vegetarian can be little bit disappointed as there are many items but no as flavourful as veg menu. I feel they should work on this. Kids menu in buffet is also good from pani puri to fruits. The spice level in each recepie is perfectly balanced, which is kid and elder friendly. Desserts are amazing. I loveddddddd mango musse . They do offeer some drinks like mango lassi and lemonade. They also had a dosa corner. Indian snacks like samosa, pani puri, Kachori, Pakodi is also served. Overall, the buffet contains wide range of Indian dishes.Service by 2 girls is amazing, however managerial service could be a little empathetic. If that’s improved this will be a go to place for every food lover.
