Chloe and Lindsey were amazing. My best friend has a lot of food allergies and sensitivities and Lindsey made sure to explain what was on each dish and how it could be modified to be safe for her. Had the 8 ounce Sirloin and loaded mashed potatos and a salad, the steak was cooked nicely and the potatoes were delicious, a little heavy on the salad dressing and could have used a bit more butter on the potato, but overall a great meal. The drinks were a bit pricey, but what isn’t these days. The waitstaff were attentive and very nice, and we had an all around enjoyable meal. And the desserts were the bomb!!

The service was ok, nothing outstanding. What was disappointing was the food, I ordered a New York strip for my daughters, requested no seasoning but after a long wait the steak came out with seasoning (a lot of pepper). I ordered a plain pasta and it was raw and had obviously been seating for a while since it had already dried up. The Cobb salad was ok. Overall, the food was not at the standard Outback usually serves.

We had an experience that was not what we know to not be outback standard. Issues that were not our waitress fault! If you go and have the ability to have Trish as your waitress know you are in good hands! She is absolutely amazing! Food could be improved both quality and kitchen workers issues, but that is not on waitstaff!

We were seated really quickly and helped fast. The people were friendly. It didn’t take long to order or receive or food. I really liked my pasta, shrimp and steak. But, my old man said his steak needed a little bit more seasoning. The blooming onion (not shown) was delicious as well.

Today our group of 12 to celebrate a Birthday had a all around phenomenal experience at Outback around 1:30 PM. I had called yesterday to see if we could reserve an area, but due to college graduation weekend they weren’t able to. However, the young lady I spoke with said she would make a note of our party — and she truly did.
When we arrived, the team set up a table for us very quickly. Our service was outstanding, and by coincidence, the server who helped us was the same person I spoke with on the phone. Her name was Lloy, and she was exceptional. She was on top of everything — drinks, entrées, refills — and she was incredibly sweet and engaging with our group, which was mostly older guests. Her patience and attentiveness were deeply appreciated.
The supporting staff who assisted her were also amazing. Several people in our party hadn’t been to the Valdosta Outback in years, between the Delicious Food & Service all of us were genuinely impressed. We all will definitely be back!

Listen I know that restaurants have to close at a certain time. I walked in at 8:33pm and was told they close at 830 by the light skinned girl at the front. I drive all over the US. The manager im sure will not care but the sign outside said 9pm. Just advertise 830 so that a person like myself will not think that you are open.

Server was very friendly.Food, took forever to come out. Steak was nothing but fat and nasty. Loaded, baked potato.
Was absolutely nasty and not loaded, no.Sour cream no butter. Spent three hours just to eat a simple dinner. Highly do not recommend

Kind of a weird experience here. I’m pretty sure I was served a sirloin when I ordered a filet. It definitely wasn’t tender like the Victoria’s Filet usually is and the cut looks wrong. The steak and the GSB also were dramatically underseasoned next to the normal “bold” preparation at other Outbacks, and my Caesar salad had maybe 3 croutons in it.

If you ever get a chance to hit southern Georgia, Outback is a definite. The food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the atmosphere felt very down to earth. This is the 1st we been to Outback and we will definitely be back.
