Stopped at this location on my road trip and was greeted by Binsal , who assisted me. Took my order also recommended some items. Great customer service. I got my fav strawberry shortcake sindae.. I wish they had locations in other states .

While visiting Oklahoma, it felt like every time we turned around there was a Braum’s nearby—so we had to stop in! We grabbed lunch in the city of Purcell, as we were heading out of the state. Despite the lunch rush, the young man taking our order was friendly, smiling, and took the time to explain the menu.
The burgers were great—homemade-style patties served with fresh veggies. The restaurant and restrooms were clean, which we always appreciate. This spot is definitely on our list to return to for a good burger the next time we’re in town!

A store that I feel encapsulates the heartland of America. Full of hard working staff members and honest customers on break…I admit I’m being a bit exaggerated. Burgers are amazing, especially the Aloha burger, while the bag of burgers comes with ACTUAL BURGERS (not sliders) and is a low priced $6. I’ve cream is also amazing and this chain has been using A2 milk even before we on the West Coast caught on.
Music adds to relaxing atmosphere

It’s your typical Braums. Great ice cream & decent food. However the drive thru disappoints a lot. Getting the ice cream flavor correct for me seems to be a problem as almost every time I order drive thru my ice cream flavor is wrong

Stop here when schedule allows for a bag of breakfast burritos. My wife and I drive truck and this sets us up for a few days worth of breakfast. Very tasty and at a more than reasonable price. The staff are friendly and it never takes too long for our food. Only complaint has to do with the chains choice of coffee cups. Instead of paper cups like most fast-food places these days, Braums uses Styrofoam. I’m sure these cups are cheaper but they are also extremely difficult to recycle. I always feel guilty buying a cup of take away from Braums. Pretty good coffee nonetheless.

Oh my gosh!!!
Forget breakfast at those fast food places!
You absolutely MUST try their breakfast menu. I VERY HIGHLY recommend their spinach and mushroom omelet bagel. Its fresh, bright veggies and perfectly portioned cheese with your choice of meat (I had perfectly crisp bacon) on a lightly buttered and toasted bagel was divine! Their ad didn’t do it justice. You just have to try it for yourself.
Truly a ‘Good Morning’ breakfast!

I live in McClain county and go to this location about 7 or so times a month. And I’m sad today the young man was rude on the head set to me and my husband… and probably will be in a while till I go back . Let a nast taste in my mouth . I hope it was just a bad day . And I know everyone has a bad day.I absolutely have had a few working with the people. But you have how many in there tonight. Someone should have taken over the head set .. you can get more done with kindness than being short . Just saying .

We stopped by around noon on our trip. They were very busy but the ordering went smooth and quick. Our food came out surprisingly quick and everything was delicious. Even the malt came out quick. They seem to be very well organized.

I’m so sick of walking into your business and the employees are so focused on the drive thru that you wait and wait until they wait on you or even acknowledge you. This has happened several times to us. The customer that walks into your business is just as important as the ones that uses your drive thru.

We always stop @ the Braums in Tulsa Oklahoma. On our way back to K.C. we saw the Braums sign. I was so excited I couldn’t wait to order a limeade & a turtle sundae. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building, we decided to go inside. We parked the car & got out as we were walking across the parking lot an older white lady almost hit us when she looked & realized we were African Americans she stepped on the gas. We went inside there was a line to order ice cream. We stood in line for 20 minutes the line never moved. I start looking around & people were staring at us like we shouldn’t be in this restaurant. I told my Husband lets try a Braums a little closer to Kansas state line & not one in a Sundown town. It was 8pm & dark outside. We were unaware that we were in a Sundown town.
