Amazing first visit — outstanding service!
This was our first time at Chili’s Grill & Bar, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
We had an excellent server — very attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was great, portions were generous, and everything came out fresh and well prepared.
At one point, a dessert was brought out before the main dish, and our server immediately noticed it himself, apologized, and took care of it right away without us even having to say anything. That level of attention really stood out.
He also perfectly timed offering containers for leftovers and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire visit. Truly one of the best service experiences we’ve had.
Big thank you to him — I just wish I remembered his name to give proper credit!

Everything was great. The service, the food and atmosphere were all good. I had the fajita platter for two and the cookie ala mode for dessert. It was reasonably priced and they were willing to make some modifications to our order. If you want a chill date night without breaking the bank. This may work for you. Family friendly, if you want to take the whole family out for dinner. Plenty of tvs so you don’t miss any sports action is a plus.

Chilis is chilis! But this one is pretty good! They were out of a couple different things that we wanted which was a bummer. Their burgers are fantastic and their cheese fries are great too. The $6 monthly margarita is a can’t miss!

Our server Michael delivered outstanding service!! He was always attentive through many requests from our table, including requests from our two kids. He knew the menu well and gave clear guidance when I had questions. My sirloin steak arrived cooked exactly medium and tasted excellent! We will ask for Michael again when we go back.

My son and I visited this establishment to celebrate his A- on a physics test as well as my completion of my quilt commemorating the classic flim chariots of fire. We ordered the molty chocolate cake and it was out of this world delicious! I have returned every night since and gotten the same thing. My dentist is furious! My son also drank a little strawberry margorita like the little fruit he is, looked delicious but I couldn’t taste it myself as I have the gene that can’t process alcoholism. So many wine nights I’ve missed out on, but I still love that diet soda! Please come to Chili’s to help me finish these cakes, I don’t have much time left.

Portions were crazy but I’m not surprised at that since other locations even in other states match that. Definitely a lot of value- cost to food ratio. Cant speak on the service during busy prime hours since I avoid those times.
Would visit again. Decent sized parking lot.

Went here with my girlys right after work. It was a nice place to have lunch and a couple of drinks we had fun, food was good. I would say a little bit more on the expensive side for what it is but still I guess worth it if you’re hungry and overall having a good time.

CRESHA WAS SO AMAZING! she made me feel so welcomed and she was so sweet. i came to az from washington state for the innings festival, and it was my first time trying chili’s, the food was very good! the atmosphere was great too, all of the employees were working together and even though it was so busy because it was right after the festival, food came out fairly quick and fresh! i had an overall great experience and will 100% come back next time i’m in this area

Post-lunch rush, the dining room was quiet, which gave us hope for better service, but the energy just felt flat.
What We Tried
We ordered the Triple Dippers. The Big Mouth Bites were the clear winner. Juicy, flavorful, and worth grabbing again. The Nashville Hot Tenders had a weird grainy rub that made me gag, and the mozzarella sticks were undercooked, robbing us of the cheese-pull moment Chili’s hypes online. Definitely not the viral food fantasy we came for.
Service & Experience
Staff was polite but details were off like dirty silverware in the roll-up (we didn’t use it, but still… not a good look).

Sign up for the rewards program, you’ll get free chips and salsa, which ended up being the highlight of the visit.
