I ordered via the app and got the complete wrong order and I called up there to basically ask them can they pay more attention to what they’re doing the manager overtalked me trying to tell me the DoorDash policy and wouldn’t let me get a word in this location is slowly starting to go downhill as this is not the first or second mistake

We like going to McDonald’s and I’ve been very impressed with this location. This review is specifically for the dining in experience. I’ve always avoided dining in at a McDonald’s, but this location is an exception. The bathrooms are clean. The dining area has a very homey atmosphere. The staff are always delightful and they always go above and beyond whenever we dine in. I especially love seeing the older folks working there. They’re the sweetest. Overall, we really enjoy going to this location.
As for the drive-thru, no problems there. They’re quick!

Only stopped for oatmeal and coffee
Really like the oatmeal with raisins and chopped apple. For the price could fill the cup higher. Good coffee.
The employees cordial and helpful
This Mayfield unit always clean and well maintained.
McDonalds no longer a value but was fine for quick snack for which I came in.

Last night I bought a burger from McDonald’s and it wasn’t cooked all the way so I called and they put me on a list and said come in we will make you a new one, I came in and she told me I should’ve brought the hamburger in and I said the person I talked to on the phone last night didn’t say that ,then she accused me of getting it at another McDonald’s and not there and I told her it was there then I showed her a picture and then she still made me feel like I was lying to her which I wasn’t and she kept saying I hope you’re not lying and she gave me a real attitude. My family has known the owner since my dad was in high school and my father would’ve been 80 and he just passed away. I even said I would go home and get the hamburger out of the garbage to bring it back so they could see it but she still didn’t believe me she made me feel like a liar. She made me feel bad about myself even though I wasn’t lying and it was just a real bad experience , and I hope she doesn’t make anybody feel the way she made me feel, very horrible customer service.

I have to say that this place has changed since they remodeled. Used to be a very enjoyable MCD to visit and now it’s just like the rest. My biggest gripe today is we paid for extra lettuce in my burger and barely got a few shreds. Charged us $.50 for it. While it’s not the amount of money that’s the issue, but the fact that you are not getting what you pay for anymore makes me not even want to bother.

LOL These people complaining probably come here 5 days a week and whine the first time they don’t get napkins or something. Get over it. The truth is, this place is great, which is why they serve 100’s of people every day. Sure, once in a while they make a mistake; just like you. If I ever had a problem, they corrected it, I forgot about it and got on with my day.

Everytime we go up there the employees so happen to forget half our meal and we’d most likely have to go back up to the restaurant and pay for the food we should’ve had already. This happens every single time, not occasionally but every time.

Never been inside this location. Always ordered through Drive-thru. But the food is hot and 10/10 times. Intercom and window associates are alway nice and have a friendly smile. Probably the best McDonald’s in the east side of Cleveland.
