Extremely disappointed with my visit on Sunday, Feb 1st. I arrived at 5:30 PM, well before the 6:00 PM closing time listed on Google, but they were completely out of pretzels. It’s frustrating to drive here only to find no product available. If the shop effectively closes early when stock runs out, the hours on Google should be updated to reflect that.

went on a tuesday evening and sat down at the tables they had. i was eating my pretzels as one does and this employee walked passed multiple times. then all of a sudden she turn the corner and tell me that this isn’t a food court and these seat are for paying customers i mean the audacity she had to speak to me like this is unacceptable for this company. some people just should work in customer service.

My son and I went March 12th., 2025. The young lady completely messed up my order so I asked for a refund. For whatever reason, I was only given half of a refund. When I try to call to speak to a manager, the number listed states it has a voicemail that is not setup. Apparently, my next day off, I’m going to have to go there to speak with someone. Please, go somewhere else because this place is horrible.
