Ordered on the app and drove about 15 to 20 minutes just to visit the Crofton location. They are consistent in being timely; checking in when your car pulls up; and giving you food that is freshly prepared. I forgot to ask for an extra bread and the person that serviced me said with a smile “no worries I get that for you right away.” Within 3 minutes I had my bread and was on my way. When I got home my food was just as if I sat in the restaurant. I live near another Outback and will always travel a few more miles to receive an excellent experience at this location.

I also decided to come here for my birthday lunch, after a good experience 1 month ago. The drinks and food always good. Servers genuinely kind and helpful. This is at a great location by Waugh Chapel and it’s a clean restaurant. We will definitely be back.

Ok so the staff was friendly, food was for the most part good, drinks were decent & service was overall good. The baked potato was blasted a little bit too much with salt for our taste while the steak could’ve used a tad bit more seasoning. I will say the strawberry salad, Coconut shrimps & lobster mac & cheese were delicious. Sadly our main food wasn’t served hot & we noticed late that there was a good amount of dust settled on the upper back wooden part of the booth we were in. That area definitely needs some cleaning. The above reasons is why I didn’t give 5 but just 4 stars. Overall it was a nice lunch at Outback.

We picked up curbside and everything was ready and hot when we arrived. All orders were correct and the food was delicious, especially the very tender “fall off the bone” ribs! We also received a complimentary slice of cheesecake for our birthday celebration.
I would highly recommend this Outback location in Waugh Chapel!

This was such a great evening, with great service. We had Bruce as a server and he was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and just a great server all around. Front of house were cheerful, held doors open for us and were very polite. Food was delicious, drinks were refilled without asking. Such a different experience than we get lately with the gen zs idea of service. Will definitely be back.

They recently changed their menu, and served samples of some of the new items. Our server, Kyle was very informative, attentive, and engaging. The food was great. The new strawberry skillet pie and the delmonico steak were A1. Will definitely be back.

From the moment you step into Outback, the young man named Dominic was so kind and helpful. He seated us and gave the menu. Our waiter was Lauren and she was fantastic. She really knew the menu. Service was great! I will return to this location!
