We had dinner with family last night at Adam’s Mountain Cafe and really enjoyed it. The space is super cozy and cute — lots of wood beams, natural light, and a relaxed vibe that makes it feel really welcoming. We ordered the Buddha Bowl and it was really good — fresh, flavorful, and the grilled chicken was cooked perfectly. We also tried the Tibetan Vegetable Plate, which was delicious and packed with veggies. Overall just a really nice, relaxed spot for a good meal. We’d definitely go back.

What an absolute gem! Adam’s Mountain Cafe in Manitou Springs offers the perfect escape with its open, warm, and cozy vibe. It truly feels like dining in a rustic mountain cottage, complete with beautiful art and a relaxed, welcoming energy.
The food is clearly made with love and attention to freshness. Everything we had was great and fresh made! The Lasagna was so delicious—the perfect comfort food to enjoy in that beautiful setting. They really focus on quality, healthy ingredients, which is fantastic.
The experience was made even better by our server, Darwin, who was incredibly attentive and friendly! Excellent service always elevates a meal, and Darwin was top-notch.
And the best part? We loved the drawer full of secret notes! That touch of community and history, where past patrons leave little notes about their life and best wishes, is unique and so heartwarming. It’s a brilliant idea that adds a little magic to your visit.

Nice place, but the food was average. Fruit was presented beautifully, but the whole wheat pancake with banana and walnuts was almost inedible, and the tortilla on the huevos rancheros plate was dry. The green chile sauce saved the dish.

We went last weekend to try out Adam’s and we were so blown away!!!! My husband loved the potato pancakes. My plate was so elegantly assembled with fresh fruit and wonderful toast I’ve been craving this ever since. I have a strict diet and Adam’s is a must try for all with a healthier appetite and for a great atmosphere come here the wait staff is so professional and kind!!!!!

We really enjoyed our dinner at Adam’s Mountain Cafe. The service was good not great, given that it took a long time to bring our drinks even though the place was pretty much empty at the time and the fact that the check was brought before we were done (we would have ordered more… their loss). This place RULED. We were just looking to snag some breakfast to order and take back to our Airbnb and we all loved the food. I got the quinoa salad, my wife got a regular salad (think it was a house, forgot the name) and my aunt got eggs and toast and a pumpkin roll. No notes. Everything was perfect. Our server was extremely nice and helpful. Hostess was nice. The atmosphere was great. The decorations were super dope. I especially loved the pot of honey and actual honeycombs. Such a nice touch. I should’ve got a cup of tea. We’re probably going to stop in for breakfast again tomorrow and I’ll have to try it then. Side note: the presentation of the quinoa salad pic was so much better but because I’m a gremlin and always dig in before remembered to take a pic, this what you get

Wow!!! I never take pictures of my plates and this was photo worthy. The Vegan Huevos Rancheros were incredible. Incredible flavor profile. Super delicious! Cute building. Friendly staff. Hot coffee. One of the best breakfasts Ive eaten! Thank you!

We ate here because our hotel in Colorado Springs didn’t have breakfast and we wanted to visit the Garden of the Gods so driving somewhere with free parking made sense. Also the menu is relatively small – they do a few dishes very well, rather than lots of dishes “ok”.
I had the avacado omelette and I upgraded to fresh fruit as a side, all very nice. My wife went for pancakes – 2 large pancakes, wholemeal wheat, nice, but she couldn’t eat all of it.
Definitely worth a try!
