I went to grab an order for my neice; she absolutely loves the nuggets. So, she ended up and getting the nuggets, chips and lemonade (which is my favorite!!)
The drivethru wasn’t really busy at the time which was a blessing. We got in and out of there in no time. It topped off our little shopping day together. And it really hit the spot. Once again Chick-fil-A was fantastic!!!

We eat at CFA a lot because of celiacs, and they are one of the few places that have dedicated fryers and can reliably be safe. Unfortunately, more and more it seems like no one is trained properly how to do this. Considering Dane never even said “my pleasure” to our multiple thank you’s (a staple of CFA dining), I’m guessing he never got trained at all.
We said multiple times to put the red flag gluten allergy, as well as specified it needed to say change gloves, on each item. We were told “yeah, okay, you should be good then.” Well, we weren’t. Not only did the tag not mention glove change on the reciept, but it wasn’t tagged on everything. The tag had been added after the meal, meaning it didn’t even show up to the cooks.
As if that weren’t bad enough, the grilled nuggets were cold. Actually cold. At CFA. They must have been up and not even under a heater. Not only is that a severe drop from the quality I find at other CFA’s, it means they couldn’t have POSSIBLY changed gloves before boxing them!
We will not be returning to this location anytime soon.

Oldest nuggets I’ve ever had! Wasted them. I guess that’s why they don’t give receipts, so you can’t do a corporate review! Worst chicken I ever had from any chickfila!

I don’t post reviews but customers need to know what’s going on at Chick-fil-A Anderson. I had 30 minutes to burn before a meeting so I figured I would get a quick bite to eat at a very efficient Chick-fil-A. Well, that wasn’t the case with this location. The line took 40+ minutes to get through and by the time I got my food, my fries were cold and they gave me the wrong drink. The employees also seemed like they didn’t want to be there. I have never experienced a tragic fast food drive-thru like this one. And I ended up late to my meeting.

I think with all those people working there. A tighter ship would get things going as they should.
It’s not a social club it’s a place to work. People need their food and fast. There are young people everywhere. Please get the food out and hot and fresh.
Especially with cold product on chicken sandwiches. The will begin to get runny and everything needs looked over twice. No one gets everything right anywhere. But it’s important to bag your items in a way that make sense.

I came in today with my service dog in training, and it was amazing! Everything tasted great. Fries were fresh, tea was perfectly sweet, and refills were prompt! The kind lady at the front, Lily, was so sweet and bubbly! She even held the door open for me on the way out because my hands were full! 10/10

Terrible lot signage. Missed the drive thru entry going around the right, and had to turn back around which the sign told me to turn “here” which was a no-entrance to the drive thru and had to turn around once again. The third attempt was a success. Time 1:22, what seemed to be a very short line, took a good amount of time. I know two other locations I could have e went thru the line twice in lunch rush hours at the same time this place got me through. Time 1:37 (15 minutes) …the grilled chicken sandwich could barely be called warm. A big disappointment. Still a better option than it’s neighboring food joints.

Hadn’t been to this location in a while, happened to be nearby and decided to eat here despite how busy. Ordered dine in through the app. Paid alot of extra money for extra salad toppings as well as nearly $6 for macaroni instead of fries with my nugget meal which ended up being nearly $20 on it’s own. The macaroni was dried and crusty and burnt and smells terrible. No extras on my salad, even the tomatoes. There were two whole tomatoes on the entire salad and I paid for extra tomatoes as well. The nuggets are literally the size of quarter and for two combo meals and a plain salad was $42. None of the food was edible. My daughter was starving so she choked down her food. Mine is still sitting in the car next to me. I attempted to go up to the counter and get some help and they acted like they did me a favor and had an attitude and gave me some shriveled slice tomatoes instead of the cherry tomatoes up that belong on a salad. After the failed attempt to get help at the counter, I then tried to call their customer service number while still sitting in the restaurant. Hoping to get some help from them. They acted like they had some sympathy even though I told them I was still in the restaurant and was trying to get some help. They only offered a couple of free men new items to be added to my app. I then explained to them that I would prefer to have my money returned since I just spent 42 dollars on stuff that was literally going in the garbage because it was inedible. I was then told that they would have to ask the operator of the store and it would be at their discretion and could take days and that they would also not be able to give me anything on my account. I explained that the closest location other than this one is under remodel and is closed. I do not want to drive 30 minutes to another store. I would just like to have my money back. Since they’ve failed to do anything for me to make this right, I am going to post on here so that hopefully other people won’t have the same experience. I am including photos of the nasty crusty macaroni and a size comparison of the nuggets to a real quarter and the wrinkly tomatoes. And one final picture of the food back in the bag headed to the trash. Thank you for wasting 42 dollars of my hard-earned money.

I just want to say that every time I come to this location which is about three times a week because my little boy is obsessed with their waffle fries, that I can’t never get hot fries, every time I ask them for hot fries, they tell me that they are fresh out the fryer, and I know that they are not because I work at a restaurant myself. If I cannot grab ahold of the fry and it burned me it is not fresh out the fryer. I had three different employees tell me that there was nothing else that they could do for me as far as hot fries. Finally a manager named Emerson came out and she brought me fresh fries. The customer service is God awful at this place, and I’m saying this from being here three times a week. Still love the food, but they could do better as far as fresher food, and when the customer has a problem not just throwing a card in their face and sending them on their way. They need to get it together and when somebody asks for fresh fries actually do that

The new store has a horrible parking with huge speed bumps. If you have a car, you are going to scrape bottom. The drive thru is extremely tight. A lot of marks on the curbs where people hit them. Waffle fries were mostly bits and pieces too small to even dip in the BBQ sauce. They were also over cooked and the container was not full. What a rip off. We won’t be back to this one.
