Ordered a breakfast toaster with meat on side as I do not eat meat but my dog does. It was brought to me with meat on it. No big deal, I send it back. Then I watch through the window as the ungloved cooks with dirt under their nails take it apart, put the parts back on the grill, and repackage it to sell me the same wrong food a second time. I got a refund, but I’m pissed. I work in food service and I wonder if anyone reading this review counted how many health code violations there were in this exchange.

This lication is TERRIBLE!! Every time Ive gone to this location, there’s an issue. Wrong order, rude employees, terrible service, overcharging. Small (not mini) Sonic blast is $4.89 on the menu so why were they charging $5.89 & refusing to honor the posted price?

First off they forgot my hot fudge sundae. I realized it about 15 minutes later and drove back to the sonic where the sonic employee who forgot it in the first place went back inside and gave me the melted ice cream he forgot in the first place. the ice cream was already was past the temperature danger zone. Barely cold and he gave me a straw to drink it?? Then on the food I did receive the fries and tater tots were raw. They were definitely pulled up way too early from the fryer. They weren’t even golden yet let alone brown. I will be calling corporate and I want a refund or full meal replacement.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would gave me a under cooke raw burger called on the 17th to get no one to talk to for 3 days. Call back and get a call instantly when I told them I have been waiting for call to tell them I gor food poisoning from the smash burger for them to call back and say I have to call a 1-800 number. Thank u im gonna call a 1800 number after u poised me do not eat here terrible service and customer service. Worst experience ever loved being sick for 2 day just because I wanted somthing. Hope they get a health code check soon giving out raw burgers.

Order a garlic bacon burger and got this! No bacon and fixing! And ordered tater tots and got fries! Very disappointed! Hope their workers read the orders and prepare the orders right! Hope management supervises their employees!

I had to give it a star which I feel terrible about because it has been one of the worse experiences I have ever had!! I have been going to this particular Sonic since I can remember and so I gave it another shot which I truly regret!!! Please stay away from here!!! Everything is horrible from the food to wait times to service!!!!

I’ve been here twice, to get drinks to enjoy my relax time. First time, was from a color hair with attitude and he made my float like crap. 1/3 was jus slush ice.
Now, I ordered that new green drink and it’s pretty much black. They just dumped the syrup into it and ruined another evening of relaxation I was hoping to enjoy! Taste horrible.
Should have learned from my first visit.
