UPDATE: They bribed me to write this review. I left them a good review in exchange for a coupon for free wings. I was going to go use the coupon and it EXPIRED two days after I received it. Pretty shitty on their part, and our server was really pushy now that I think of it.

This is my favorite place to get wings. This location is always on point. Great customer service amazing food and the wait staff is AAAAmazing! Today our server Hannah M was so kind. Very knowledgeable about the menu .she was very attentive to our table and always made sure we were good and she was just as friendly as ever! She was a pure joy! Ill definitely be back! Yall go and ask for Hannah you wont be dissapointed!

Had a rocky start when we first arrived, however the manager Kayla was the absolute best! She was very understanding and made the visit so much worth it. Also our server Zaira was amazing. Great recommendations she was very attentive.

We came in as a group to unwind after a long week. The restaurant was fairly packed but we were seated immediately. Our waitress, Karla, greeted us with a friendly smile and swiftly took our drink orders. She was very attentive the entire time and took care of us well. I would definitely return to this location.

Walter at Pluckers was amazing! He was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we always had what we needed without being overbearing. He kept checking in at the perfect times, got our order right, and had such a positive attitude the whole time. You can tell he really cares about giving great service. He honestly made our whole experience better — definitely the kind of waiter that makes you want to come back!

3:00pm, not busy, wife and I sat at the bar. 10 minutes before the barmaid acknowledged us! Drinks came out quickly but took 30 minutes to get our food. Food was brought out by kitchen personnel and you guessed it…chicken tender and waffle fries were same temperature as the ranch dressing. Food obviously sat on counter top for most of the 30 minute wait! Had to ask for a second beverage and had to ask again to close out our tab. This evening we are disappointed with quality of food and service. We generally enjoy everything about Pluckers, today not so much.
Update: Pluckers managment has done a great job. Within 3 days they reached out for more details and are using information provided in a positive training opportunity. “I want to assure you that we’re actively using this feedback to better coach our team and ensure things like this do not happen in the future.” Wife and I couldn’t ask for a better reply or outcome from the experience. Review of over all experience “Five Stars” ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Karla was an amazing waitress and greeted us right away. She was very attentive on our drinks, food and if anything else was missing. She made the plucker experience perfect. Next time yall come to pluckers on Pasadena, ask for Karla.
