As long as they continue to service their water filtration and change the fryer grease regularly, the food is great. The last 2 times seemed good but for a couple years back, every drink tasted like chlorinated water and the fried food tasted like rancid over used oil. I hope they keep on top of it more that its been corrected. Lots of stalls to park in. Service is friendly!

Experience is always pretty decent here, but here lately the service has went down hill. Placed a $50 order and my milkshake never showed up, my iced coffee had no vanilla in it so I’m not happy about that. Food itself is terrific but the drinks and service not so much.

This is the second time from this location I ordered the Big dill double sonic smasher and did NOT receive it. I even got charged for it! Instead I received a double smash burger with just cheese and a few pickles. I am far beyond disappointed! I will not be returning to the Nelsonville sonic ever again. Do better!

I parked in a stall and waited 15 minutes for food that was clearly just sitting around. NOTHING was hot. I had two super breakfast burritos, two coneys, and two chili tots. All across the board inedible so we took it home to put in the airfryer. Didn’t reheat well. Waste of money.

Tell me why I asked for my pretzel this lady comes back with a bag of sauces 15 min later. What happend for it to take that long? No pretzel whatsoever. Walked up and asked for it and they snatched the bag and was like oh. Like??? I didn’t ask for my bag of sauces I wanted pretzels. Spent over an hour here. Severaly disappointed.

The lady on the income could not get our order correct. She ended up erasing the screen and having us reorder. We ordered 3 sonic bacon burgers, a plain hamburger, large frye and 4 milkshakes. Payed $44.18. Drove back to our cabin 30mins away to find that two burgers were wrong. First, we did not have the plain hamburger. Secondly, we recieved some sort of burger on toast with an onion ring & what looks like BBQ sauce. Didn’t even take a bite of it because I seen a hair in it. Totally disgusting. It got thrown in the trash. Money wasted. We will not be going back there that is for sure.

Coming all the way from Akron area stopped here and let me tell you employee named Jonathan was super nice friendly and even came out in the cold weather to see if we needed anything super professional had a smile on his face whole time even talked to us he was super sweet and nice… food was great service was amazing food came out faster then expected very pleased with the service we received outside is very clean not a single piece of trash laying around or anything deserves more then 5 stars

Waited in the front area for twenty minutes before going to the drive thru and waiting another twenty minutes. Had so many people leave before we eventually left because they just refused to answer. There were what looks like plenty of people in there, they just weren’t serving anyone.

there was 6 cars that drove off. they wouldn’t serve anybody. there was plenty of people in there. tried the button and the drive through and they just didn’t want to serve anybody.
