If you’re craving a perfectly executed smashburger, Freddy’s Frozen Custard absolutely delivers. I had their Prime Rib Burger, and let me tell you, it was incredible. The beef patties were completely flattened and crisped around the edges, giving that signature crunch I love in a great smashburger. The prime rib was thinly sliced and although a little salty to my liking I can see how others would truly enjoy it. The flavor was rich and smoky, and it paired beautifully with the caramelized onions that added just the right amount of sweetness. The cheese? Melted to perfection, hugging every corner of the patty like a warm, savory blanket. Every bite was indulgent and satisfying.
On the side, I had the crispy cheese curds, which honestly deserve their own spotlight. Golden brown and perfectly fried, they had that ideal contrast of a crunchy outside with a gooey, cheesy inside. It was the kind of side that you try “just one” of, and then suddenly realize you’ve finished the whole container.
My daughter ordered a classic Freddy’s double, skipping the onions and adding a little ketchup, simple, but so satisfying. She opted for the crunchy tater tots, which were crisped just right and disappeared quickly (always a good sign). And for dessert, she went all out with the Dirt & Worms frozen custard. The rich vanilla custard base, chocolate cookie crumbles, and gummy worms made it a fun, nostalgic treat that brought a big smile to her face.
The staff was exceptional. Answering questions that we had about meal items prior to ordering and delivering in a very timely manner.
Overall, Freddy’s gave us a casual dining experience with top-tier flavor. Friendly service, hot food made to order, and that classic American drive-in vibe sealed the deal. We’ll definitely be back!

I enjoy Freddy’s food but this location needs a little TLC. I visited around 4pm, well after any large lunch crowd, but many of the tables were dirty, napkins on the ground, with many people behind the counter. Since I was the only one in the dining room I fortunately found one table that was clean. The bathrooms also needed attention. I hope this location gets the staff they need to properly clean the dining room. I enjoy Freddie’s and will try them again at a later date.

The burgers are seriously delicious! I wish they were a little bigger, but I assume they are the size they were going after. You can tell the beef is a really high quality. It has a beefier flavor than mostnother fast food restaurants and it tastes cleaner and more satisfying. The frozen custard is delicious!

My family and I stopped by the Snellville Freddy’s for lunch and had a fantastic experience. We had a bit of confusion with our kids’ meal order, but Samiah stepped in and made everything right immediately. She was incredibly friendly and professional. Beyond helping us, we noticed how well she interacted with other customers and her own teammates. Her level of understanding and genuine customer service was a breath of fresh air for a fast-food location.

We got fries and ice creams. They were good. Store was so disgusting. None of the tables were clean the floor was dirty. All the employees were standing around talking. We had to ask for a table to be cleaned so we could sit down and eat. She cleaned it with a rag that stunk so bad we didn’t want to touch the table.

Some of the tables and counter space was unclean; needed to be wiped down anew after customer usage and spills, but otherwise, the place looks good and has plenty of seating, indoors and out.

This place is absolutely hands down delicious. I loved the number one was a fabulous flavorful Burger. My French fries I thought would have been better cooked less. I am from the West so going to a place in the South that has fry sauce is just amazing. Custard was fabulous as well. I will be back probably many times!!! . My husband got the patty melt it was okay I’ve had better but that burger was delicious!!

Service was extremely slow on a Thursday morning at 11am. There was one gentlemen sitting down already eating & no one in the drive-thru when I placed my order. The one person I could see in the kitchen was so flustered with my order once one car pulled up into the drive way. Screaming she needed help on the line because she has the drive-thru. I could have made those two orders with my eyes closed. Anyone with experience & drive could have. My order took so long, and the restaurant was literally dead for that sales hour.
The kitchen is extremely Smokey, in turn grease is everywhere. The dinning room floor is covered in oil because if it, so slippery.
The vanilla custard had lumps in it. Not good at all.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Freddy’s. While the food was fine, what I witnessed in the dining area was very concerning. I saw the cashier use the same broom she had just used to sweep the floor to clean off the tops of the dining room tables. That’s completely unsanitary and unacceptable in any restaurant.
Cleanliness is extremely important, especially in a place where families and kids eat. I hope management addresses this issue immediately and provides proper training to the staff to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit. Several employees were walking around eating with spoons still in their mouths, which seemed very unprofessional and unsanitary. The young lady at the drive-thru was rude and dismissive, which made the experience even worse. Honestly, the entire staff—including the manager—gave off the impression that they didn’t take their jobs seriously at all. This location needs serious improvement in both customer service and basic professionalism.
