Super clean restaurant but burgers were way greasy considering how thin the patties are now. I haven’t eaten at a White Castle in about 30 years. Public restrooms and disabled parking and access. Friendly helpful staff.

For at least the last year I’ve been greeted with so much kindness and there’s specific workers their (haven’t caught there names that are just great worker and even better people. The one being a guy with a “man bun” (saying that with the upmost respect) and a beard that has gone above and beyond every time I come in. Yes you can say, “it’s just fast food, anyone could do it” but not taking in consideration that some can do it but others can master it. Let these people go somewhere else and you will be unsatisfied. Without the realization Not it’s because people like this get tired of your (the customers) disrespect! Food was good, service was trash, young chick at counter gotta attitude. Then they won’t sell you the gift certificate deal unless you buy the whole 25 in 1 card but that’s not what deal says but management didn’t care no wonder they don’t sell much gift cards at Christmas time. Either the menu is lying or employees are too lazy to make strawberry shakes. Also this location DOES NOT put ketchup and mustard on their burgers. No wonder why the burgers sucked last time I had them. I left the window when I found out. You all want to be lazy you don’t get my business.

Don’t get me wrong, my food was fresh and good.. the service was semi quick, but the lady at the window literally took her shoe off and then decided to go ham scratching her foot and then proceeded to still grab my bag and hand me it without even using hand sanitizer or washing her hands- absolutely foul. Will not return to this location just because of that

Having double drive thru is the dumbest thing I have seen. It allows the person behind to get in front of you, just because the Ai does not understand what you are telling it.
It should be first come first serve. I take cutting in line seriously because I live on strict schedule.
Never in my life have I had this problem until these fast food restaurants started trying to maximize their revenue by putting in paired drivethru. Hate the idea, hate the concept.

Drive through crew was nice and got our order correct. It was a little slow, but every White Castle is slow, so I expected that. Their new AI order taker is pretty cool and when we had to ask for help, it transitioned us seamlessly to a team member. Great experience.
