I ate there on a Friday at lunch time. No wait. Drive through lady was very polite and food came out fast.
Order was correct but the coleslaw did not taste very food. Didn’t eat it.

I was recently at Popeyes and the food, service/ atmosphere is just terrible. I overheard coworkers going at each other plus the potential of mold growing in the kitchen. I would never recommend this place for anyone they’re directly putting people in harms way.

I’ve came twice to this place, both times not a good experience with the food. But todays food made me make this review, I ordered the 3 piece combo with mash, first, they gave me beans and rice which had an odd smell, second, the chicken seemed like scraps, very thin/small, and seemed undercooked? It looked pink and red in some pieces. I instantly spit it out, biscuit was also extremely salty.

We ordered a 10-piece Family meal. 10 pieces of mild chicken, 2 large sides and 5 biscuits. They didn’t hesitate to take our payment, and then only afterward did they let us know “For mild, we only have breasts. The legs and wings are only in spicy.” We agreed, since they had already taken our payment and we were hungry, but a few seconds later, my wife made a comment to me how they didn’t mention anything about thighs. We confirmed to the person that handed us our food and she told us there are all the types of pieces inside. We came home and opened the bag to find they had only included 9 pieces of chicken: 3 wings, 3 legs, 2 breast, and 1 thigh). Different than what the ticket called for (see pic). How are you gonna substitute a wing for a thigh and leave out a whole thigh?!? Also the large sides were not filled up properly. The biscuits were the only part of the meal they got right. Go somewhere else for food, if you value your time and money.

Comparing Des Moines and Kent, I prefer going to this Popeyes. Their chickens are more fresh. Not sure if it’s just the time when I buy.

We ordered online it says it will be ready in 15 mins. We give them 20 mins before we came in to make sure it will be ready by then. We got in and nobody acknowledges us. I had to say something before they start talking to us. Unacceptable to have not the food ready since there’s like 10 employees(most of them chit chatting!)in the kitchen! Terrible service and no since urgency! What a waste of time!

We got two chicken sandwiches and a large cajun fry. Only one sandwich was hot, and the fries couldn’t have been colder. This is our second time with this problem at Popeye’s. If I wanted cold food I would had gone to a deli. #popeyescajunsucks

I don’t feel that I will be ordering here anymore it seems that every time I order from here I’m missing a side or a drink or sauce, and they always get my order wrong some how. It’s always something. Just recently I ordered a 16 piece family meal and I was missing a large side and it was all classic when I ordered spicy, very upsetting , I didn’t notice until I got home , & this isn’t the first that my order is either wrong or missing items. & the girl at the window seemed very rude taking our order as well. Won’t be coming here anymore.

This is the best Popeyes I have been to since I left Mississippi and let me tell ya, Mississippi doesn’t play around. The young African American lady wearing the red hairnet deserves every great opportunity that she can receive (general manager no, she deserves CEO of popeyes). She is a hard working, respectful, and joyful person. She asked me what I wanted for dinner this afternoon and as soon as I got done talking, the food was ready before I even got to pay for it, this was all her by herself! The other employees are hard working and nice as well, there was no line and let me tell ya they were busy and the younger lady told me ” no sir, we don’t mess around” when i said that. Eating here and tasting proper sweet tea really reminded me of back home, thank you
