Mahalia was an excellent waitress, the service was excellent. The food, not so much. Their signature sirloin, ordered medium, came out well done with lots of fat. The “premium” Macaroni and Cheese was just creamy style mac with breading dumped on top. The fries were mediocre at best and the sweet tea was basically yankee sugar water.

Their baked potato was undercooked and came out cold, my dining companion reported that his filet mignon was one of the sorriest he’d ever consumed.

The one bright spot was the complimentary bread and appetizer. As my companion said, “We should’ve stopped ordering after the appetizers”.

I had an amazing experience at this steakhouse from start to finish. What truly stood out to me other than the rolls ofc was the service. Our server Emerie was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time without being overbearing. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and genuinely made us feel valued as guests. You can tell she takes pride in her work and wants every customer to leave happy.

A short wait and a very inviting staff. We were greeted quickly and sat in under 10 minutes for a group of 6! Our server takaria (forgive spelling of wrong) was great! She smiled the whole time regardless of how busy she was! Thanks for the great service!

Got a signature ribeye. The smaller portion is all fat. The rest was great. Baked potato and rolls . My waitress (Emerie) is top notch. Military discounts are available.

Abby was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. She explained the menu really well, kept our drinks full, and checked on us without being annoying. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in her job. She made our experience at Texas Steakhouse even better, and I’ll definitely ask for her again next time. Highly recommend Abby if you go there!

Mya was absolutely amazing! From the moment she greeted us, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She checked on us frequently without ever being intrusive, made sure our drinks stayed full, and handled everything with a great attitude and a smile.

She was knowledgeable about the menu, patient with questions, and made us feel welcome and cared for the entire time. You can tell she truly takes pride in her job and enjoys taking care of her guests.

When we got Texas Steakhouse (not many customers in the restaurant ) there were no baked rolls. Ok. No big deal. It happens. We ordered an appetizer and we didn’t get it for over 45 min. When it did finally come, the cheese on the fries had been in the window for so long it was dried up and crunchy. Finally the server brought 2 reg ranches instead of one reg ranch and one jalapeño ranch that we asked for. We gave up. At this time we were finally asked about our dinner order. I asked Abby (the server) to please bring me my baked potato soup when she brought my husbands salad. At this point we had been there over an hour. She brought my husbands salad about 20 min later (just a garden salad) and I asked her if my soup was done. Abby said she would check 20 minutes later, she brought our entire meal, including the soup. I asked Abby if I could have asparagus since I wouldn’t be eating the soup and we would pay for it but she seemed confused that I told her nevermind. Baked potato amazing. Filet – tough AND had no seasoning on it at all! My son’s strip was the same. My husbands ribs, were amazing. However… you are a STEAKHOUSE. Shouldn’t that be your best dish? We finished what we could eat of our meal baked potato for me and fries for my son. Abby came and offered us tea refills as we took our last bite of food. We declined and I told her we were ready to leave. 20 minutes later later she finally brought us the check so we could pay and leave. In Abby’s defense she had several tables sat almost at the same time but most sections weren’t busy and nobody, manager included stepped in to help her. At this loint probably would have adopted the Karen tone of voice then and asked for the manager but she was 2 tables away from us arguing with a customer over his bill. All in all we were in there over 2 1/2 hours. We were also in the middle of a 10 hour drive to Tampa so really couldn’t afford to just hang around the Texas Steakhouse then have to go to a convenience store for a snack. I have never been to a Texas Steakhouse before because there isn’t one close to us. Honestly, I probably never will go to another. I hope you can use this information for service improvement rather than see it as just a complaint. For example, because we had to spend so long long at Texas Steakhouse , we weren’t able to finish the drive to Tampa so we had to pay for the hotel in Tampa and another in a different town. I would just like everyone to understand that not staying on top of things (Manager included) may have what seems like a small delay has a snowball effect that can drastically effect the customer. Where to begin. I ordered the steakhouse burger, no cheese, no sauce. The menu states, add a salad 3.99. Food comes, no fries which come w the burger.. Salad was fine, burger had sauce. After a few minutes I get the attention of the bartender. She said the salad was instead of the fries, ok. She apologized and took the burger, still no fork for the salad, I got it from another table. A few minutes later she comes back with the burger. No sauce this time but the burger fell apart. Maybe they just threw the first one back on the grill to wipe off the sauce?
Bill comes, charged me for the salad, 2.99? So I paid for the add on a salad, but did not get the fries, the salad was an upgrade. Since when is a small salad zn upgraded when the menu reads “add”

Food was just ok.

My wife n I went on Sunday 12/28 with our 4 grandchildren. Our server Torrien Jones was fantastic. We took care of all 6 of us with such ease. All refills or other needs were met swiftly and efficiently. She was pleasant and socialable. We made our entire dining experience delightful. We will definitely bring back and asking for Torrien. Thank you for such great service.
