The food was good but service was horrible the bartender and server kept looking at me and laughing. They never came to check on us . I stood up for something they told me to sit down and took their times taking me scissors and cracker that I’ve been needing for 30 min. I felt like they were criticizing me behind the bar and the kept eyeing me yet never checking on me. My first time there was excited to try for our anniversary. Never returning . Our tab said Jessica? Was our server.

We normally receive very good service here but today our waitress unfortunately came to the table one time by herself. The other 2 times we had to ask other waiters to call ours. We didnt get refills, she came to the table one time. The food was good we honestly can’t complain about that. We also would’ve understood if it was busy but we were her only table. She then had the audacity to circle the suggested tip amount as if I would tip for horrible service. The table in front of ours had their waiter repeatedly come check on them while also serving other tables so I genuinely don’t know what her excuse was.

Stop by last night with my sister and we went enjoyed our meals. We had gotten seafood boil packed with so much flavor. Our server was very great.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the food here, the quality is always great and it’s clear that the food is always fresh. Where I would say there is a room for opportunity is the speed of service and attentiveness by the staff. Each of the times that I’ve gone, maybe four times in total, there is not really a sense of urgency for drink refills, or checking in to see how things are going, specifically when a lot of time has gone by and we’re ready for our check. I believe with some small tweaks to the attentiveness from the staff, this place would all around being a five star experience!

We had an unfortunate experience having dinner here. When questioning our bill with our server she laughed in our face about our concerns regarding several charges on our receipt. She then stated that she offered them to us so we should know that there would be in up charge for sauce, butter and lemons. Not to mention an additional flavor charge for a margarita flight. We then questioned it with the manager on duty and mentioned her laughing attitude towards our concerns and he too dismissed them saying that we had enjoyed the food. Again that was not the issue it was our concerns over the additional charges. When asking if there was someone else we could speak to higher up that was not laughing at our concerns he stated he couldn’t provide us with that information. Needless to say we paid the tab but will never return again. Very unprofessional. Oh and to top it off the laughing waitress still walked away with a $60 tip.

We arrived and were seated in the main dining area, close to where all of the servers were frequently walking by. Unfortunately, we were never acknowledged or offered drinks. After waiting approximately 15 minutes with no service. We flagged down one of the servers. She informed us that she was not our assigned server and returned to her station. All three servers briefly turned, looked at us, and then went back to what they were doing without saying anything
As we stood up to go. At that point, we chose to leave quietly without creating a scene.
When we exited, we did not receive an apology or any sign that the situation was being addressed with the hostess. (I informed her if what happened)
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant.

We visited on a Wednesday around 4:30 pm. The restaurant was not crowded. Felt the music was a little loud.
Our waiter was okay. He never checked on us after our food came, until it was time for.our check. Our food all came out at different times. We had three in our party.
I had the fried oysters. The breading was hard in some places, as if the mixture had yesterday’s breading clumps. The flavor was not anything special. I also had the dirty rice. It wasn’t very flavorful. For my side, I chose the sweet potato fries. They were the best part of my meal.
One of my friends ordered the fried catfish. She said it tasted well. My other friend ordered the boil with shrimp. She like the flavor of the sausages.
Overall, the meal was average, with prices that were a bit inflated for the product and service.

At Mr. Crabby’s Cajun Seafood Restaurant, I was impressed by the variety on the menu and all the different seafood options available. What really caught my attention were the seafood boils—they were packed with flavor and well-seasoned. I was also very impressed with the timing of the food and the great service I received as soon as I arrived. Overall, a delicious experience with friendly hospitality!
