Whoever the girl that worked today around 2pm that was taking the drive-thru order had the audacity to lie that I didn’t order at the drive thru all b/c she couldn’t find my order. I wouldn’t be upset if she messed up and apologized and re-take the order at the window but she kept accusing me that I didn’t order. Two of her co-workers asked why it was taking so long and she proceeded with saying I didn’t order at the drive thru intercom. Y’all have cameras right? I suggest y’all look through it and I’m in the white SUV Toyota Highlander. Please don’t lie and make false accusations about your customers. If you messed up and forgot to put in the order you should apologize and we wouldn’t have any problems. Please do better!

Listen, im never one to review a McDonalds of all places, BUT I have to give credit where its due. The morning crew, are GREAT! They always get my order correct, they always give me my extra pumps of caramel and they are always super fast. I had an issue the other day with my card and one of the morning crew, Jose, went out of his way to help me out. Keep doing what you are doing guys!

I can only assume her lack of manners and rudeness stemmed from me simply existing. The dude at the window played on his phone and giggled with another employee the entire time as well. Slowest McDonald’s EVER! It takes forever for them to ask for your order. The drive thru is slow, the inside is slow. This is horrible. The food is good but the wait is ridiculous! They don’t even give you a free item to compensate you for your time. They need to replace this location with something else, or get better management. Sucks!
