I stopped by BB’s Tex-Orleans in Pearland one afternoon and had such a great experience, thanks to my server, E’lasia! From the moment I was seated, she was welcoming, attentive, and brought such a positive, friendly energy to the table.
I ordered the catfish basket, and E’lasia made sure everything came out fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. She checked in at the perfect times, kept my drink refilled, and made sure I had everything I needed without being overbearing. Her attention to detail and professionalism really stood out.
What made the experience even better was her personality she was kind, personable, and made the whole afternoon feel relaxed and enjoyable. Great service like that really makes a difference.
The food was delicious, but E’lasia’s outstanding customer service is what will have me coming back. If you’re visiting BB’s Tex-Orleans in Pearland, definitely ask for her — she’s excellent!

Due to work schedules changes, it’s been a while since we’ve dined in at the BBs Tex/NOLA-Pearland. Lately, there has been a LOT. of new restaurants opening in Pearland and more than a few that ‘specialize’ in Cajun cuisine. However, don’t be fooled. BBs Tex-Orleans still offers some of the best and authentic Cajun, Creole and Southern dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our late evening dinner meals-our selections were flavorful, hot and super DELICIOUS! The service was attentive, courteous and friendly.

Got stood up on yet another date. Not a way to start 2026. So I must digress into the happy hour. Best solo date ever. Food was hitting frfr. The 5 dollar frozen say what. And those fries. Call me names because I ate it up. I’ll be back it’s crawfish season and the vibes there are cool and chill. Bartender she was a gem I didn’t catch her name but she’s cute and great at what she does.

I don’t live far from here I come here every 2-3 days during crawfish season. Kylie was my server twice so far and she is awesome at her job and very attentive as a waiter. Definitely recommend going and having some good crawfish and drinks with friends/ family!

It was our first time visit BB’s and it was an amazing experience. Tatyana “Taty” shared with us her favorites on the menu and we tried the Grilled Salmon Creole with Mexican street corn and Macaroni Chalmette. The atmosphere was great and even the manager Heaven came to say hello and ask if everything was ok.

Me and my boyfriend are not big review people but this restaurant and location requires one. We come here REALLY often. The food is always great, service is amazing, and the atmosphere is top tier. Today stood out most from all the other days because our waiter Ivory gave us excellent service, reason that made us write this review so a personal thank you and we will keep coming back.

The food is great with good deals! my waitress was knowledgeable & kind but I’m concerned with the cleanliness of the place. For starters using full paper rolls without replacing with each customer isn’t ideal because the napkins at my table was covered in sauce and seasoning…People lick their fingers or skip washing them all together. Updating to modern dispensers is healthier in a food environment. Second, there was a hair in my drink along with a random object I can’t describe so I had to send it back. That was scary to drink from…. please watch this! Lastly the walls should be cleaned properly before seating guests at the mini tables for two. It felt cramps and grimy to sit at with mini food splatters. Update these issues and I’d be happy to update my review & return for a 2nd visit.

The seafood and burger were both really good, but what really made the experience special was Tatyana’s service. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. You could tell she truly cared about her guests checking in with a smile, making great suggestions, and keeping everything smooth from start to finish. Her energy and professionalism made the meal feel even more enjoyable. Honestly, I’d come back just for her service alone!
