The customer service My kids and I entered the dining area about 8:45/8:50, waited in line to order anywhere between 5-8 minutes. The gentleman at the register, who was pleasant, asked us if we would like to “dine in or out”. We chose to dine in, because we live an hour away from the location, and my kids were hungry. While ordering, a young lady who had the rudest tone, interrupted to let me know she’s bagging our food because the dining room closed at 9. I get it, I do, I work in food service. But, there were a few families in the dining room and a couple who had just ordered in front us, who were sitting down to enjoy their hot food. We would have taken no more than 15 minutes to eat. Instead, my kids had to eat in the car, so they could enjoy their meal.
After all of that, we get to the car, my child opens her kids meal, and the meal wasn’t correct. It just wasn’t a pleasant experience.

1/3/26 at 8:10pm. Told the young lady thank you and she said yep. Normally this wouldn’t be a big deal with that age group in this time. But at Chick-fil-A, I expect manners. That’s what you have built your whole business on. When this starts to crumble, your “name” will fail. The employees definitely need retraining. Also while waiting, heard the young ladies talking about another young lady. The only way they could describe her was that she had a busted car door. Once again, it’s the perception you have to uphold. People are always watching and listening. So you always have to be on your game. This is what people remember.

The lady at the pick up area. Was not nice to me at all. When the manager came over he didn’t apologize for my coffee being wrong. Then when I got my order home. I live 5 mins away from this store. My food was old . The chicken and muffin had to be sitting around for a while. You can tell it was premade and sitting for a.while. I will not go back to this location again.

We should have known when we pulled in and no one was outside taking orders that it would take extra time. We pulled in the drive thru at 8:47 and didn’t place our order until 25 minutes later. When we finally got our food, it was wrong. Part of our order was a chicken hash brown bowl. When we pulled out of the parking lot we realized it was sausage. Had to pull back in, go inside and get the correct meal. Really frustrating. Our quick stop through the drive thru turned into 45 minutes.

Do yourself a favor, and drive down to the one at Saluda Pointe. This restaurant seems to be consistently dirty and has absolutely awful management. I’m a huge Chick-fil-A fan, and every time I come here they’re always seems to be an issue around me. People in front of me are getting ignored, people behind me are having to come back, asking for a remake of incorrect food, it always just seems to be something.
Hopefully, all they can get some support and get back on track, until then definitely make the drive down to a different restaurant

Horrible chick fil a. Horrible workers . Go to the other one please. This location is horrible. I went through drive thru to order a wrap meal , I wanted two dressings which it comes with the meal. The yt girl tells me that she’s gonna charge me for the dressings . I immediately tell her no and drive off. They won’t get my money nor my families

Not a great experience at this location. I asked and paid for a strawberry lemonade with a large fry. I heard the young lady ask if anyone put strawberry in my drink and someone yelled “idk I didn’t fix it” she handed me the drink anyway before checking. Of course, no strawberry! The large fry had soo much salt it could not be eaten. I had to go back to have them fix it and when she seen the fries with soo much salt she even said “omg”. She took them and Instead of getting a normal salted or even lightly salted fry I received No salt instead. With the lemonade she asked for my cup back (with my straw in it) to add strawberry and instead of just giving me a new lid she handed me the same cup and my straw that had hands on it. Disappointed.

The middle eastern manager man manager is very rude and often talks bad about customers in front of customers. The lady was really nice and he was rude to her for no reason. Peoples personal life should have no effect on they way they are treated by workers while they are customers. More professionalism and compassion for the customer from him please. Everyone else was great.

It has been so many times now that the Chick Fil A workers have overfilled my drink. Once I spilled 2 drinks in my car and yesterday after work I spilled my tea all over me because both the lid was not on right and again it was overfilled. It’s really not rocket science to properly fill a drink to a reasonable amount. I am super enraged that this keeps happening. They do this a lot and with different kinds of drinks. I’m getting to the point to where I’m just not going to order drinks anymore.
