Stopped here on a trip from Louisville, Ky to Nashville,Tn. We arrived 4 minutes before they opened and waited at the speaker for that friendly greeting, that only McDonald’s morning shift can offer. The ordering process was easy as 123.. Seeing how we utilized our app. The lady at the first window (No name badge) seemed not to be a morning person, due to the fact her sarcastic remark didn’t go unnoticed. Arriving at the second window, the greeting seemed a little forced and she didn’t really have that early McDonald enthusiasm I was looking for, and she handed Me the wrong bag. And against company policy she accepted the bag back through the window if that was your order being handed back through… how would you feel?? Other than that, the food was hot and well put together, so the cooks and the lady putting orders together are the real hero’s at this location. Great work guys! Now if you can just get the rest of the team on board, the White House store would be awesome!

I ordered the #1 meal (Big Mac Meal) and received a sloppy burger with half the meat and bread pieces upside down as shown in the attached picture. My friend ordered the exact same meal and she also received the same sloppy burger. A waste of my time!

I go to McDonald’s once per year to get the filet o fish during lent. It’s so bad it’s good. I got my order, fish. Cold hard fries, great coffee sugar drink. I gave my dog a chunk of the fish! He spit it out smelled it turned his back and laid down. We were on a road trip at the time. Made me realize I need to re-evaluate my traditions!!

Had an order that came to $15.01…..pennies have been discontinued mind you, and I had to cancel my order because you didn’t round down to the nearest 5 cents? I just used the men’s bathroom at 7am. The sink drain is clogged and there is a grease ring in the sink. Disgusting that the sink is in that condition at that time of the day.

This McDonald’s in White House, Tennessee had perhaps the fastest service by an efficient male employee of any of the half dozen McDonald’s on a five-week trip throughout the Southern states.
I needed to use the toilet and was surprised to see toilet paper and paper towels on the floors. But even more surprising we’re the flys around the toilet bowl. Later, my brother said that he had smelled an unpleasant odor in the men’s toilet.
Despite this, the place is clean up front where we sat for fifteen minutes sipping coffees. Unfortunately, my coffee seemed to have old milk. On the other hand, my brother’s coffee, also with milk, seemed perfectly all right.
There is a drive-through window, adequate outdoor parking, and a separate indoor children’s play area.
Credit and debit cards are accepted. This McDonald’s in White House, Tennessee is pleasantly air-conditioned.

I ordered 2 cones and 2 ice cream in cups – plain vanilla. All came filled with black moldy looking pieces in the ice cream. I return the product for a refund and the team ensured me the machine would be cleaned. I went back to the play area to watch my kids and more customers come in the area with ice cream, turns out they were served moldy ice cream as well. When I asked the team why they decided to knowingly serve moldy ice cream to kids the only reply from the “manager” was “ It’s not his problem”.
I will not return to this location again. I would rather spend my money where the staff can atleast pretend to care.

What can I say. It’s McDonald’s. Service was fast and friendly and the food was as expected. Hot and fresh. The restaurant is also pretty clean. The only not so great thing was, the large fries were obviously under-filled ☹️. This Maccas gets an A-.

Cant believe this place was ever any “good” but the food was worse than I could have ever imagined McDonald’s to be. And remember, it doesnt ever go bad. I think there is a 50 year old burger somewhere still looking like it was made yesterday
