Customer service should be better in the Dells. People come there with their families to enjoy the city of Wisconsin Dells but we get attitude of college kids. Make that make sense

We had a great visit here! The staff members were all very friendly. It was busy when we were there and we still got our food quickly (and it was accurate). The food tasted amazing. Their cheese curds and burgers are great! We would recommend this Culver’s!

Every time we visit the Dells Culver’s, usually on a Saturday, we have a great experience. Caenan is always there in the dining room and checks on us. His presence gives that “small town atmosphere”

Tonight I went into Culver’s and had never ordered from one before. I terribly screwed up my order and then had to take the food back (I thought I got the wrong order). The manager on duty was AMAZING! Explained how I ordered incorrectly in the nicest way possible, and remade all of the food for me. I could really tell that they cared about customer experience and handled the situation so amazingly! The food was delicious, and the service was super quick as well! I would 10/10 recommend this Culver’s.

I would give 0 stars if it let me. When we first walked in this manager Will was annoyed and irritated with a Lady inquiring about her card that was put in the safe. First impression was this guy is rude and he is not cleanly looking. Yelled at an employee to start taking orders while he helps this lady. We sit down we get our food fairly quick. Everything is great tasting. Then we hear this same manager, Will, Yelling at an employee who clearly has a disability, insulting him and embarrassing him about getting a drink. Continuing to talk down on him about doing his job in front of everyone. That just ruined the whole experience, everyone’s mood shifted. Eventually towards the end of our meal, that employee, didnt catch his name, came out and he was cleaning tables. He stopped at our table and he was so kind and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed and was even talking to our 1 year old son. You could tell he was sad and hurt by the way he was treated and he disclosed that this manager treats him like this all the time. Something needs to be done about this guy. The way he treats his employees and laughs about it is disgusting . Sucks our lunch turned out this way and that employee gets treated like that .

Again, not a fan of fast food. But on road trip I would . Tried again this burger mushroom and Swiss and again! It tasted good, fresh and looked appetizing . Fries is good with their frozen vanilla custard

AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES! The staff here are not adequately trained on Culver’s practices to avoid allergens. (Fresh custard and clean scoop). If you have allergies, I recommend avoiding this Culver’s and the other one in Lake Delton (previously developed hives after eating in Lake Delton due to cross contamination).
