Horrible! Worst money ever spent! The lasagna was overcooked…. Seemed reheated several times… Mush with no visible cheese. The picture online looked amazing…. You can see for yourself what I actually got for $20. Ugh! The meatball appetizer cost $9.00…. again the picture looked really nice on the menu… What I got was two little meatballs… Some sauce and a spoon full of ricotta cheese thrown in. No value for money here. Completely disappointed! Never again!

This was an excellent location to host my wellness event and authors book signing. I arrived early to prepare the setup and was greeted by the Host, Corey. He was hospitable and showed me to the room. He did great setting up the tables and chairs.
I felt right at home and was able to take my time organizing everything. The staff were very helpful. Our servers for the evening were Francis and Cameron. They were both attentive and always available to service almost 30 guests in attendance. I can’t forget Ms. Sara who was working on Friday when I came for a site visit. She was so helpful by recommending the best layout to accomplish my vision.
The evening turned out better than I imagined. The appetizers menu exceeded my expectation. I could not eat before the event started, but ordered Zucchini Strips and the delicious Chicken Soup to enjoy at home.

We have never been seated in the bar area at Carrabbas, but we were pleasantly surprised by our entire experience this evening! Minnie made us feel welcome the second we were seated, and never left us wanting for anything. She was attentive and fun, answering all of our questions. I ordered the chicken trio and the seasonal lemon sangria. The food was perfect, as usual. The sangria was a *tiny bit sweet for my taste, and she brought me some club soda to even it out. We brought home $10 entrees to enjoy at work, and can’t wait to continue the experience!! Carrabbas will continue to be one of our favorites in the rotation, and if Minnie is here, we will be sure to request to sit in the bar area!

We had a party of 30 at the Carrabbas on Bel Air Rd for a memorial celebration of life for my father, John. Carrabbas at this location was one of his favorite places to go dine. The food was delicious and at a good value, the service was great, and even the manager chipped in to help make a fine dining experience. Nick listened to how I would like the private dining area set up to accommodate our party and even personalized the one side of the menu in memory of our loved one. It was a warm and inviting atmosphere, and we will definitely be back again! Thanks to all who helped with our party today! Anna

We got the calamari for appetizer. It wasn’t great but frozen calamari can only be so good and was kind of expected. We ordered 2 filets and were really looking forward to it. We did not receive filets and asked for the check because our daughter was ready to go. The bill had our meals listed as filets even though we were served sirloins that were overcooked.
The server went to talk with the manger. She came back saying he took off my steak since I didn’t eat it but didn’t take off my husband’s because he ate some. Cool, we didn’t ask for a free meal but still not cool with paying for a filet when we received a sirloin. The manager then came directly to us and said he took off 1 of the steaks and $20 off the other which was a few dollars cheaper than the sirloin.
Overall just a really poor experience because we had to leave and get dinner somewhere else.

Me, my granddaughter, and daughter came in for a valentines dinner. We would hope to have a nice night, not so fast. I got the spaghetti with Mariana sauce, it was good. My daughter got fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli which she said was good. My grand daughter was very upset, our grilled asparagus, the top was cold, rest of asparagus was barely warm. Her mashed potatoes had clumps of what almost appeared to be peanuts and again barely warm. The drinks got messed up in the beginning. I am vegetarian and my grand daughter is gluten free. Our waiter Kevin, did the best he could. There were multiple people that had to ask the MANAGER for a waiter/waitress!!! He did well, you can see the kitchen and it sounds like hells kitchen with the manager yelling for food and the kitchen being way to unorganized. I don’t see the need for the customers to see that and I feel they need better communication for them and the customers. Yes, they were busy but they need to be more organized. Kevin, did well he checked in with us and got us what we needed it is not his fault about the issues.

After an afternoon of axe throwing, my wife and I were looking for a place with great food and gluten-free options, and Carrabba’s exceeded our expectations. Our server was incredibly professional and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The food arrived remarkably fast, just 5 to 10 minutes after we ordered, and everything was cooked to perfection. It was clear that the kitchen staff took pride in their work. What truly stood out was when the chefs themselves came to our table to personally ensure that our meals were perfect – a truly exceptional touch! The atmosphere was wonderfully laid-back, with decent music creating a relaxing ambiance. And to top it all off, we were able to take home a delicious to-go order for only $10 thanks to a special they were running. Overall, a 5-star experience from start to finish.

Kevin was our server, and he was above and beyond pleasant. He greeted us with an upbeat, sincere attitude and gave wonderful recommendations, which we happily took and enjoyed. We don’t come down this way often, but when we come back… we will definitely request Kevin again.
