Ordered a pretzel garlic burger from this location and they left the paper on my sandwich!! Please do better, this is very unsanitary.

BEST CULVERS!!!! I went right before closing and all of the staff was cheerful and very kind, more importantly they really loaded me up. I ordered a kids meal with a grilled cheese and fries and chocolate ice cream with whipped cream and everything was great but like so much more than I normally get! My ice cream was filled to the brim and they were not stingy about the whipped cream. They also left me a scoop token on the bag and they gave me a French fry that was at least a foot long!

Just like a typical Culvers, this store had a small army of people “working”. This means you get your order made and delivered to your table pretty quickly. The food tastes good, although the beef patty on the butter burger seems quite thin. This tends to be a trend among most fast food places these days. However, at a few other fast food places, similar size burgers are less expensive with a similar flavor. Unfortunately, Culver’s also charges a higher price in order to pay for all the employees who are just standing around. I do appreciate that they offer a corned beef Reuben sandwich, which is tasty. As of December 2025, the Reuben value basket includes the sandwich, medium fries, and a medium soft drink (including self-serve refills) for $11.19 before tax. The same basket with the double deluxe butter burger is $11.89, as they subtracted $0.30 since we asked for no tomato. It’s nice to see items like that are subtracted if the customer doesn’t want it. Most fast food or sit-down restaurants won’t reduce the price for that. So it’s pretty good tasting food, although slightly higher priced than a handful of other fast food restaurants that offer a real value menu. FYI, if eating in, they want you to wait at a table so they can deliver the food to you, and you don’t clog up the area near the registers. Also, the men’s bathroom needed a cleaning, but most workers in the front (6-7 of them) were standing around talking. Finally, my recommendation would be to reduce the number of workers by 25% – 50%, only if the owner would agree to pass along the savings to the customer by lowering menu prices.

(Rated atmosphere a three because I haven’t ever eaten in at this location.) Just wanted to put a review about how Larry (the manager) handled an incorrect order. Ordered dbl cheeseburger with bacon on Sunday, got it “home” NO BACON! I called and Larry (very professional on the phone) said “bring in the receipt and we’ll make you a new one, free of charge. OK! Couldn’t make it there on Monday, so I called and he said OK, come tomorrow. Walked in, asked for Larry and he remembered my name(!) Everything was perfect! Thanks Larry!

Been to this location twice in the last 30 days. We thought it was just a fluke when we walked in and it smelled like sewer and feces, the last time. Thought we’d give it another try today. The smell when you walk in the door is just terrible. It overtakes you. Very an appetizing. Other than that the ice cream was pretty good

We love Culver’s. They have the best burgers and chicken. This is the first time we’ve eaten inside the restaurant, we usually just do pick up. It was cute inside. It felt like a restaurant from the 1980s or 1990s, but I mean that in an endearing way. Loved the paper table doilies.

Culver’s is the ultimate midwestern treat. Friendly greetings and comfort food, we always make a point to stop and indulge when taking trips up I-75. This visit, I had the cod sandwich for a change, with cheese curds and a concrete mixer. Everything was delicious as always. Elite fast food. I like their outdoor seating, too.

If someone doesn’t know how to use the drive-thru you can’t tell them to back up! The best you can do is tell them you are sorry but if they can not speak to the microphone they need to go around again. We were behind and had to leave the line and go around to accommodate. I sent my passengers inside and they were done ordering before that car got clear of the menu board with a line of cars behind it.
Not ideal, and first non 5 star ever at a Culver’s

This is consistent with other Culver’s as far as quality food and friendly service goes.

This location excels above all others I’ve been to with its atmosphere. They have made a lot of small touches that make a lot of difference. Tables are decorated with flower arrangements, salt and pepper shakers, and there are blue lights hanging from the ceiling.

It feels like more of a sit down restaurant than other fast food places.
