This place was okay. We came during the “off season” and they only had one waiter for the entire place, which was completely packed. It took about 30 minutes for someone to come and ask us for our order. It then took quite a while for us to receive our food and we had to ask again for the condiments. The food was quite pricey as well. I think I will explore other wing options when back in this area.

Their boom boom shrimp tacos were great and so were the wings. We went with a very picky eater so ordered Mac and cheese . The highlight was the chicken rice bowl for $7 for our puppy. She ate all the chicken which was great!

This was a spur of the moment decision as we were undecided where to eat due to us being out of state and it didn’t disappoint in the least!! Our sever who I can’t recall his name was super friendly , even management even came to check in on us to see how we were doing. The food was some of the freshest and most delicious food we have had in a while! This is definitely on our return list on our next trip back.

Placed an order for pick up. Got there early and had a drink which was on point. Received my order and went back to hotel to find out order was not right. Not t only was I missing a side but food was just average. Half the order was cold and the other half was incomplete. Burger was dry and more bun than burger. We’ve now been here twice. Staff is always friendly as are the owners! LOVE LOVE LOVE that the wings and fries are baked! If you still like crispy wings, ask for them extra crispy. Highly recommend the new Old Bay wings and the lemon pepper! The ranch and bleu cheese dressings are both good, so you can’t go wrong with either! They’ve got a ton of great weekly specials, too. Looking forward to future trips to try more things on the menu!

Great experience visiting Destin and looking for a quick bite. The food was cooked well, tasted great, and had amazing portions. Our server, Joey, was very welcoming. The food here is insanely good! It’s amazing! And the price is really good for the quantity and quality. I got the Southwest Chicken Salad and some of the traditional mac and cheese. Both were so good and exceeded expectations. My wife and kids also really liked their meals, which is rare. They had an extensive gluten-free menu for my wife and clearly knew how to avoid contamination when my wife asked the manager. The TVs were quite loud, and we had a difficult time communicating with our server, but after tasting the food, we completely forgot about it.

Rolled into Island Wing Company on a Monday night and had some of the best boneless wings! Sampled mango habanero, lemon pepper buffalo, and honey garlic with some island fries. So good! Excellent service from our server, Joey, who never let our glasses be empty. They also had karaoke night to make it more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Family friendly with coloring pages, and little sand bucket and scoop. We loved this place the food was amazing and definitely recommended the giant pretzel to share. They had vegetarian options for the wife, Mac and cheese for the kiddo, and jalapeno bacon burger for dad.
The proprietor was working, making drinks and serving and was very welcoming. I believe it was his mother the older lady there was a sweet heart. She even hung my sons picture up and let us take a photo.
This felt like we were in a a restaurant back home that we come to every week. So welcoming and friendly and amazing food!!

As I find myself working the Florida Panhandle this week with three of my partners in crime, we stumbled across Island Wing Company in Destin and decided to handle some very serious business… like wings.
Upon arrival we were greeted by Liberty yes, Liberty Liberty Liberty Liberty… THAT Liberty. Sounds like a commercial, delivers like a Super Bowl ad. Outstanding attitude, sharp attention to detail, and customer service smoother than a Florida sunset. She was on point from jump street. And at about 5’8”, she was officially taller than everyone I came with. I won’t name names… but let’s just say I was rolling with the Seven Dwarfs.
Now let’s talk food:
• One ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich demolished.
• I ordered the Chicken Club – stacked, juicy, no regrets.
• One went all in on the wings – crispy, sauced right, zero leftovers.
• The fourth brave soul tackled the giant burger thing looked like it needed its own zip code.
Everything was outstanding. Fresh, hot, flavorful no complaints, no survivors.
The location? Clean, spacious, TVs everywhere, great outdoor seating with a view that makes you want to cancel your responsibilities and stay for overtime. This is absolutely a go-to spot to catch a game and hang with friends.
Unfortunately for us, this trip is all business. We probably won’t make it back this week but if you’re in Destin and debating where to eat, stop thinking and go.
And when you do? Ask for Liberty. She’ll make sure you’re taken care of like VIPs… even if you roll in with a crew of “vertically challenged” coworkers.
