I’ve come to this location many times but today was the first time I dined in. While having breakfast with my daughter, I had the best experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s in a long time. Great service, very friendly staff, including the manager. Our food came out great and fast. Austin and Josh were both very helpful and I noticed they did a wonderful job helping everyone that walked in. I appreciated seeing that simple requests, made by customers, for ketchup, napkins, or refills were met with great customer service by these two young men. Austin went above and beyond to make sure we were happy customers. I look forward to dining in for breakfast at this location again.

I went for lunch, drive through, cashier the past two times did not greet, just a pay and go not even a thank you back. I always say hi and thank you. They didn’t give me the right meal and my fries were half empty. Service has really gone down and yall need to teach these kids a job is a job. Do it right. Also I had a small meal they took 20 minutes to give me the wrong meal. Am I wrong?

We had to wait for our big mac and 10 piece nugget. When we got the big mac it required assembly is all im gonna say. And my tea was not half and half. It was extremely sweet and had to fix it. Thats fast food for ya.

Probably the slowest McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to. I try to be understanding and assume they might be short staffed, but this happens every single time I visit. The wait times are consistently excessive, and it seems like many customers in the area experience the same issue.
If corporate sees this, please consider addressing the staffing or operational issues at this location, or consider opening another location nearby to help with the demand. This has clearly become a recurring problem.

Given this store to many chances. Here’s my cold disgusting “small” fries couldn’t even fill them up, to make things worse when I dumped them onto the mcchicken paper, all the bottom fries were tiny little pieces not even full length fries. My entire order was not close to warm, all was cold.

Waited 30 minutes for my food. I ordered on their screens in the lobby and was curious when I realized everyone that walked in after my also waited for a long time to get their food. Most orders that were making it out were for Uber Eats or other pick up services. I 3 minutes until the 30 minute mark, I started filling out my customer service review from the receipt. With one minute to spare and already having sent my review, my order gets called. I reluctantly pick it up because I would have rather spoken to a manager about a refund immediately. Due to my time constraint, I was not able to. On my drive to the event I reached in the bag to check, and I realize that the sandwiches were falling apart. The receipt that was posted on the bag looks like they were tracking the sandwiches that they placed in there by marking them off. One was clearly not marked off, which confirms that I am missing a sandwich. Sandwiches were cold and now I am walking to my event with incomplete order. I really hope I get a refund. This has been THE WORST fast food experience I’ve ever had. By the way, during this half hour wait, nobody checked in with any of the customers or asked about their orders or addressed the long wait.

I come to this place regularly. I don’t know who the night crew person is, but I have dealt with her twice now and she is very rude. Hands your order to you and walks away. I never get a receipt from her. I use to work for McDonald’s and I know this is NOT how things are done. Burgers were fine and the fries, whike fresh, were over salted. Literally a salt crust. I dont think I’ll be going back late nights any more. During the day there is a pretty long wait and drive thru is pretty slow. I know they have to be serving off the times to keep them looking good or the standards have changed.

This is our nearest McDonald’s, but it consistently disappoints us. The wait is always long, the orders are often incorrect, music is blasting in restaurant and the food is consistently subpar. I’m not sure if management has addressed these issues with their staff, but the negative reviews on Google paint a clear picture. This location desperately needs more training, and management must take immediate action to improve the overall experience!

Hands down one of the worst McDonald’s ever. It’s always my last resort and every time it reminds me why it’s my last resort. Plan to spend 30 or more mins simply waiting for your food. And then plan on another 40 mins if anything was missing because they take their time on that also. And god forbid you order online to avoid the ridiculous drive thru line. You’ll be waiting on your online order for at least 30 mins. So from my experiences if you don’t mind wasting your time waiting for some “fast food” then this is definitely the place to come and get food. You could probably go next door, order at Applebees and finish your meal before the last person in the drive thru gets their food. Good luck and bring some snacks and reading material to wait for your food.
